Location

The hotel is located in Kardamena and has a private sand/pebble beach, which is about 500 m away. Swimming shoes are recommended. A free shuttle runs to the beach several times a day. Shopping and entertainment options are about 5 km away. The Asklepeion site is around 32 km away, and the airport is about 11 km away.

The hotel, which consists of a main building and several annexes, has 219 rooms spread over one floor. The interior includes a lobby, lobby bar, kiosk, mini-market, and 5 bars (main bar, pool bar at the water park, beach bar, bar in the amphitheater during shows, and a new pool bar "The Ruby Sunset"). Wi-Fi can be used free of charge throughout the hotel complex. A flat-screen TV corner is also available. Meals are served buffet-style in the air-conditioned main restaurant during opening hours. The pool landscape includes 8 saltwater pools and a separate freshwater children's pool. Sun loungers, parasols, and towels are available free of charge at the beach and by the pool. Snacks and refreshments can be enjoyed at the beach bar, which is open during the high season.

The stylishly furnished standard rooms feature a bath/WC, hairdryer, air conditioning/heating, telephone, satellite TV, minibar (replenished every second day), coffee and tea making facilities, safe, and a balcony with a sea view (DM).

Have the same facilities as the double rooms, but without a sea view (DE).

Superior double room with sharing pool and sea view

Features the same amenities as the double rooms with access to a shared pool and sea view (MH2). These rooms are located either on the ground floor or on the 1st floor with a ladder. The sharing pool is not monitored by a lifeguard. Careful behavior and special attention are requested when using this area. Rooms with direct pool/sea access present an increased potential risk for small children. Therefore, for safety reasons, Schauinsland-Reisen requires a minimum age of 6 years for children booking these room types.

Superior family room

With the same amenities, they feature a separate area separated by a wooden and glass partition. Bookable with sea view (FMZ) or as a family room with sharing pool access (via the terrace or, if located on the upper floor, via a ladder/stairs (F2H)).

The maisonette rooms have the same facilities as the double rooms, consist of a living/sleeping room on the ground floor, an open bedroom on the 2nd floor, have 2 bathrooms, 2 air conditioning units, and 2 TVs, as well as access to the shared pool (M2E). The sharing pool is not monitored by a lifeguard. Careful behavior and special attention are requested when using this area. Rooms with direct pool/sea access present an increased potential risk for small children. Family suite with sea view

With the same amenities as the double rooms, these are more spacious, feature a separate sleeping area, and have a sea view (2FM).

For stays starting from 1.1.2018, the Greek government levies a climate resilience fee, which must be paid by the guest locally, comparable to a tourist tax.
