Location

The family-friendly hotel complex is located in a quiet area, about 4 km outside Kardamena, directly on the sandy beach. In Kardamena, there are numerous restaurants and shops.
Kos Town is around 40 km away. A public bus stop is located directly in front of the hotel, and the airport is approx. 11 km away.

Facilities

The 5-star hotel consists of 426 rooms, spread across several bungalow-style buildings. It also features a 24-hour reception, a buffet restaurant, several specialty restaurants, and six bars. Additionally, there is a mini-market and a souvenir shop.
The outdoor area includes a pool landscape with a pool and a children's pool in the residence area. In the resort area of the hotel, there is the adults-only pool and another children's pool. Sun umbrellas and sun loungers are available free of charge by the pool and on the beach.
Wi-Fi is available free of charge in all areas of the resort. The hotel's parking spaces can also be used free of charge.

The Double Rooms Premium have a bathroom with shower/toilet, hairdryer, telephone, satellite TV, refrigerator, coffee/tea station, air conditioning, safe, a double bed, and a sofa bed. The highlight of the room is the terrace, which features a private pool (P2N).

The Resort Family Rooms are located in the resort part of the hotel. Breakfast (7:30-10:30 AM), lunch (12:30-2:30 PM), and dinner (6:30-9:30 PM) served buffet-style. Snacks available throughout the day from 11 AM to 5 PM.
Various snacks are offered at the "Ammos Snack Restaurant" (11 AM - 5 PM). Ice cream is served at "Scoops" (11 AM - 12:30 PM; 2:30 PM - 5 PM).
Local and selected international alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages are available from 10 AM to 6 PM. This includes soft drinks, juices, coffee, tea, local draft beer, and house wine.
Dinner features themed nights daily.
Once a week, you have the option to enjoy an à la carte dinner at one of the three restaurants ("Dante's Italian Restaurant," "Eléa Greek Specialty Restaurant," "Parea" Restaurant). Reservations are required.
Gluten-free options are available.
An elegant, smart casual dress code is required for dinner in all restaurants.

A diverse range of leisure activities ensures sporting variety, including table tennis, volleyball, mini-football, darts, and boccia. Fitness and aerobics programs are also available. The fitness studio in the Atlantica Beach Resort Residences area can also be used, complementing the sports offerings.

Tennis lessons are available for a fee. Bicycles can be rented for a fee.
Various water sports (windsurfing, sailing, pedal boat, canoe, water skiing, jet skiing, banana boat, paddleboarding, parasailing, motorboat ride, catamaran sailing) are offered for a fee at the beach.

Note on Climate Resilience Levy

For stays from 01/01/2018, the Greek government charges a climate resilience levy, payable by the guest locally, similar to a tourist tax. The amount depends on the type/category of accommodation and, as of 01/01/2025, ranges from 0.50 Euros to 15 Euros per day and room.
