Location

The hotel is located in an unspoiled area on the south coast of the island. Directly in front of the complex is the long, gently sloping sand/pebble beach of Kardamena, separated only by a quiet access road and easily accessible via an underpass. The lively resort of Kardamena is about 3 km away, and Kos Town is about 30 km away. A bus stop is located about 200 m away. Due to the proximity to the airport (approx. 9 km), occasional noise disturbances may occur.

Designed in the style of a Greek village, the complex consists of a main building and 11 annexes, set within a well-maintained, extensive garden area of approximately 75,000 m². The total of 326 rooms and suites are spread across several single-story buildings.
The main building houses a spacious lobby with a reception, a lounge with a terrace, a satellite TV corner, and the main restaurant. Additionally, there are three specialty restaurants (reservations required), including a Greek taverna in the evening, an Italian restaurant in the evening, and the "Mediterranean Restaurant" open for lunch. A bar complements the offerings.
The outdoor area features a mini-market, a souvenir shop, a pool bar, and a beach/snack bar. The centerpiece is the approximately 1,000 m² seawater swimming pool. A spa area is also available for a fee. Sun loungers and umbrellas are available free of charge at both the pool and the beach; beach towels are available for a deposit.
Another highlight is the free entry to the seasonally open water park with seven different slides. For smaller children under 1.20 m, there are also three separate children's slides. Wi-Fi is included throughout the entire complex.

Double Room

Tastefully furnished with shower/toilet, hairdryer, individually controlled air conditioning, refrigerator, satellite TV, telephone, safety deposit box (for a fee), and a balcony or terrace with garden view (D). Also available for single occupancy (DE).
Optionally bookable as a super saver room (limited availability, SSZ) and at an additional cost also with sea view (DM).

Double Room Swim Up

With the same amenities as the Double Rooms, these rooms offer direct access to the pool (SWD).

Family Room

These rooms have the same amenities as the Double Rooms, but are more spacious and feature an additional bunk bed for children (DF2).

Family Room Superior

These rooms have the same amenities as the Double Rooms, but are more spacious and feature two single beds for children (F2U).
Optionally available with sea view (FMZ).

Junior Suite Swim Up

These rooms offer the same amenities as the Double Rooms, plus a small seating area, and have direct access to a shared pool (SUJ).
The shared pool is not supervised, so please act responsibly and pay close attention when using this area.

Buffet breakfast (7:30 AM - 10:30 AM), late risers' breakfast (10:30 AM - 11:00 AM), lunch (12:30 PM - 2:00 PM) at the main restaurant, and dinner (7:00 PM - 9:30 PM) served buffet-style. Dinner can be enjoyed at the main restaurant or, with prior reservation, at the Italian (once per stay, bottled wines at an extra charge) or Greek restaurant.
Snacks and ice cream (12:00 PM - 5:00 PM), coffee/tea and pastries (4:30 PM - 5:30 PM), midnight snack (11:30 PM - 12:00 AM).
National alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages are included from 10:00 AM to 12:00 AM at the respective open bar. Appropriate attire is requested in all restaurants (long trousers for men, no swimwear).

Not included in All Inclusive

The snack bar in the water park is not included in the All-Inclusive package.

Sports included

Tennis (without floodlights), gymnastics and aerobics, darts, boccia, water polo, and beach volleyball.

Sports for a fee

Lessons at the surf and catamaran school, water skiing, jet skiing, parasailing (all provided by local operators), mountain bike and bicycle rental through local providers, canoes, and pedal boats (weather permitting).

Note on climate resilience contribution

For stays from 01.01.2018 onwards, the Greek government levies a climate resilience contribution, which is to be paid by the guest on-site, similar to a tourist tax. The amount depends on the type/category of accommodation and will be tiered from 0.50 Euros to 15 Euros per day and room from 01.01.2025.
For stays in high season (01.04. - 31.10.):
