Location

The modern resort is located in Agios Fokas, approx. 7 km from Kos town and only 3 km from the "Therma" hot springs of Agios Fokas. The hotel is situated on a hill overlooking the sea and offers direct access to the beach. A bus stop is located directly in front of the hotel.

The modern hotel complex has a total of 254 rooms spread across a main building and 9 annex buildings. Facilities include a 24-hour reception, parking, a main restaurant, 2 à la carte restaurants (Mediterranean and Asian), 3 bars including a swim-up pool bar, lobby bar, and beach bar (10 AM - 6 PM; included in All Inclusive). There is also a small international guest library, TV room, lounge, mini-market, and a jeweler. The well-maintained outdoor area features three freshwater swimming pools, including infinity pools with whirlpools and several sun terraces. Sun loungers, umbrellas, and beach towels are included by the pool and on the beach. Every guest receives a Michelangelo Welcome Drink upon arrival. Wi-Fi is included throughout the hotel.

The renovated, tastefully decorated, and modern land-view rooms feature a shower/WC, hairdryer, cosmetic mirror, luxury bathroom amenities, safe, LCD satellite TV, coffee & tea maker, espresso machine, telephone, refrigerator or optional minibar (for a fee), individually controlled air conditioning, bathrobe, slippers, and a furnished balcony (D).
Also available as an option with a side sea view (DMS/DIS).

These also renovated rooms, with otherwise identical amenities to the double rooms, are located on the second floor in the second building row and offer a fantastic sea view (DM/DMI).
Also available as an option for single occupancy with sea view (DEM).

Double room Premium Seafront

With otherwise identical amenities to the double rooms, the Premium rooms are located in the first row to the sea with a breathtaking sea view, are also renovated, and feature a shower/WC. They are located directly above the infinity pool, offering a magnificent view (PFD/PMI).
Also available as an option for single occupancy (PFE).

Junior Suite sea view

The renovated Junior Suites, with otherwise identical amenities to the double rooms, additionally feature a combined living/sleeping area with a sofa bed and sea view (J2M). They also include a minibar (soft drinks, water, and beer) as well as a beach bag and flip-flops.

Junior Suite Seafront

With the same amenities as the Junior Suites, the Junior Suites Seafront feature a shower, are also renovated, and are located in the first row to the beach (JF2). They also include a minibar (soft drinks, water, and beer) as well as a beach bag and flip-flops.

Half board

Breakfast (6:30 AM - 10:30 AM) and dinner (6:30 PM - 9:30 PM) served as a buffet.
Drinks are not included with dinner.
Appropriate attire is requested for dinner.
Gluten- and lactose-free dishes and vegetarian options are available upon request. Please contact the reception upon arrival.

All Inclusive

All Inclusive

The All-Inclusive package includes a continental early bird breakfast from 6:30 AM to 7 AM and an American breakfast from 7 AM to 10:30 AM. Lunch is served from 12:30 PM to 2:30 PM. Dinner is served in the buffet restaurant with changing themed evenings.
Between 11 AM and 6 PM, water, coffee, tea, snacks, ice cream, fresh fruit, pastries, and desserts are available. A midnight snack with cold dishes and soups is offered from 11 PM to 1 AM. Local alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, as well as a selection of international drinks, are included daily from 9 AM to 1 AM.
A special highlight is the champagne breakfast with à la carte specialties in the "Mediterraneo" à la carte restaurant, which can be enjoyed after reserving one day in advance. For All-Inclusive guests, dinner in both à la carte restaurants is included once per week; reservations are required.
Appropriate attire is requested for dinner.
Gluten- and lactose-free dishes and vegetarian options are available upon request. Please contact the reception upon arrival.

Sports included

Tennis (with floodlights), basketball, and mini-football field, water aerobics, yoga, Pilates (organized by the animation team), and fitness room.

The hotel offers a fantastic spa area, accessible from age 16. It is equipped with an indoor pool, steam bath, sauna, and whirlpool. Massages and various treatments are offered here for a fee.
With All-Inclusive booking, guests have access to the indoor pool, sauna, steam bath, and whirlpool in the spa area (massages and treatments still at a charge).
Use of the spa area is available for guests with half-board bookings for a fee.

Information on Climate Resilience Levy

For stays from January 1, 2018, the Greek government levies a climate resilience fee, payable by guests on-site, similar to a tourist tax. The amount depends on the type/category of accommodation and is tiered from 0.50 Euros to 15 Euros per day and room from January 1, 2025.
For stays in high season April 1 - October 31:
