Location

An olive oil mill from the late 18th century set in the beautiful landscape of the Corfu southeast coast, an elegant structure of local architecture surrounded by the eternal blue of the Ionian Sea and the sky, lush bougainvillea, and graceful olive trees. This is the heart of "The Olivar Suites" hotel, a special place to experience the finest Corfiot hospitality and lasting sensations of well-being.
The crystal-clear water of the Ionian Sea and the quiet sandy beach (approx. 200 m long) lie directly in front of the hotel. The nearby village offers traditional taverns and restaurants. It is about 20 km to the airport and Corfu Town can be reached in approx. 22 km.

Facilities

The luxury complex features a lobby with a 24-hour reception, a luggage room, and a small boutique. The 120 suites are built in a unique style, located a maximum of 100 m from the beach, and offer plenty of privacy. Wi-Fi is included throughout the entire complex. The quiet swimming pool offers perfect opportunities for relaxation under the Corfiot sun. Sun loungers, umbrellas, and towels are available free of charge at the pool and on the beach. In an idyllic area surrounded by the scents of centenary olive trees and the salt of the Ionian Sea, snacks and cocktails are offered all day (for an extra charge). Culinary needs are met by the à-la-carte restaurant "Flya" on the beach with a beautiful outdoor terrace and the pool bar "Olibar".

Junior Suite

The quiet and cozy Junior Suites offer comfortable elegance. These luxurious rooms are located on the first floor, surrounded by a lush olive grove. Amenities include a king-size bed, shower/WC, high-quality toiletries, hairdryer, bathrobes and slippers, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, satellite TV, telephone, minibar (for a fee), safe, coffee/tea station, and a spacious balcony (JS2).
A bottle of mineral water is included per day, and a bottle of wine is also provided upon arrival.
Optionally bookable for single occupancy (JS1).

Junior Suite Private Pool

This spacious accommodation is kept in soft tones and offers perfect opportunities for relaxation and recreation with its furnished terrace and direct access to the private pool. These rooms also feature the same amenities as the Junior Suite (ZJP).

Executive Suite Private Pool

The architecture and design of the spacious Executive Suites reflect the values of Corfiot culture, simplicity, and harmony. To create a cozy and relaxed ambiance, the rooms are kept in muted tones, while large windows and the outdoor courtyard with direct access to the private pool complete the pleasant atmosphere. The rooms also feature a bedroom that can be separated by a sliding door; other amenities are identical to the Junior Suite (X2S).

Corfiot Suite 2 BR Private Pool

The spacious Corfiot Suites also reflect the simplicity and harmony of Corfiot culture. The outdoor living areas are large and inviting—the perfect environment to relax in the sun next to the private pool. Perfect for a luxury family holiday. In addition to the same amenities as the Junior Suites, they have a bedroom with a king-size bed and another bedroom with two single beds (2OP).

Premier Suite Private Pool

The comfortable and spacious suites are designed to complement the lush natural surroundings. These suites feature a separate bedroom with a king-size bed and a living/sleeping area with a double sofa bed. Outside, there is a spacious terrace with a private garden, sun loungers, and a private pool, perfect for a luxury family holiday. Other amenities are identical to the Junior Suite (ZPA).

Riviera Suite Sea View

The Riviera Suites are located on the first floor and offer an unparalleled view of the Ionian Sea. In addition to the amenities of the Junior Suite, they include a large sofa, a luxurious large bathroom with a bathtub and walk-in shower, a double vanity, a separate WC, and a balcony with a sea view (S2M).

Ionian Suite Beachfront Private Pool

The stunning Ionian Beachfront Suites are located just a few steps from the beach, span 70 m² across two rooms, and feature two bathrooms. The Ionian Beachfront Suites provide a fascinating environment for couples or families to enjoy a holiday in comfortable elegance. The large living area features a sofa bed, a fully equipped bathroom, and a magnificent terrace with direct access to the private pool or the beach. Guests of this room category have a private gazebo at their disposal on the beach.
The bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub and walk-in shower and leads to a spacious terrace. Other amenities are identical to the Junior Suite (ABS).

Depending on the booked board basis: breakfast in buffet form, lunch 1 p.m.–4 p.m., and dinner 7 p.m.–11 p.m. à la carte at the "Flya" beach restaurant.

All-day dining with local products at the "Flya" beach restaurant. The menu transforms fresh seasonal ingredients from local producers into modern, creative dishes inspired by the rich culinary roots of the Mediterranean.

Picnic*
A unique spot is reserved to offer an exclusive picnic, complete with selected cheeses, freshly baked bread, and a delicious selection of fruits, jams, and, of course, a great champagne. Sunny afternoons will become unforgettable with this outdoor culinary experience and the great view over the emerald coast.
Two different options are available.

Climate Resilience Fee Note

For stays starting from 1.1.2018, the Greek government charges a climate resilience fee, which must be paid by the guest on site, comparable to a tourist tax.
