Location

The luxurious adults-only hotel is located in a magnificent position directly on a beautiful sandy/pebble beach. The airport is approx. 17 km from the hotel and it is only a 30-minute drive to Corfu Town.

Facilities

The high-end adults-only resort (bookable from 16 years of age) features two areas with a total of 182 rooms, divided into 81 rooms, 99 suites, and 2 villas. The "Seafront Wing" houses the main lobby, the "1962 By the Sea" restaurant, Blu Bar, Verde Poolbar, the Seafront swimming pool, "Haute Living Room" for guests of the corresponding rooms, a tennis court, and an outdoor fitness area. The new "Panoramic Wing" offers a separate reception area for guests in these rooms, the Italian restaurant "Antonino", Nobilis Fine Dining at Koryphō for multi-course dinner menus (gourmet gastronomy in a secluded restaurant area, accompanied by high-class wines and champagnes. Not part of the HB program/available to all paying guests/reservation required), an Antonino pool bar, Raw Bar, two swimming pools, and the award-winning SOMA "The Finest" spa area. Sun loungers, parasols, and pool towels are included at the pool and beach. The pool is heated to up to 26 degrees in the early and late season. Guests in the Grand Opal Suite, Emerald Suite MB, Pavilion Retreat, and Pavilion Suite room categories receive exclusive access to the "Haute Living Room" area.

Emerald Retreat

The beautiful rooms are located in the Seafront Wing and consist of a bedroom with a king-size or double bed and feature a marble bathroom with shower/WC, high-quality bath amenities, bathrobes and slippers, iron and ironing board, coffee/tea making facilities, hairdryer, safe, individually adjustable air conditioning, flat-screen satellite TV, Wi-Fi, minibar (for a fee), and a balcony or terrace with garden view (EH2). Optionally bookable with sea view for an extra charge (CY2/2AY/MBB) or in the 1st beach row with sea view (WET).

Jade Suite

The Jade Suites are located in the Panoramic Wing and are a unique and stylish retreat that skillfully combines island elements and minimalist design in cream and light brown tones. With a view of the infinite horizon and our specially curated roof gardens, it becomes your own private sanctuary. The open-plan room layout with a comfortable king-size bed and a cozy living area ensures a relaxing atmosphere. The terrace or balcony are the highlights of the room—for all those moments of relaxation you deserve. The equipment and amenities are identical to the Emerald Retreat rooms (S2). Optionally bookable with an outdoor whirlpool on the balcony (UZ2).

Opal Suite Sea View

The generously and openly designed Opal Suites are located in the Panoramic Wing and differ in color scheme from the Jade Suite and also feature a sea view (S2M/SIM). In room types S2M/SIM, Schauinsland-Reisen guests receive a 20% discount on extras at the hotel.

Opal Suite Sea View Whirlpool

With the same equipment as the Opal Suite Sea View, these rooms feature a terrace with an outdoor whirlpool and sea view (Y2J/SAJ/2UM).

Grand Opal Suite Sea View

These are more spacious with identical design and features, additionally include a bathtub, and are located in the Panoramic Wing (GR2). Access to the "Haute Living Room" area. As part of the "Haute Living Selection", a range of first-class, exclusive services are included, such as 24/7 access to the classic Haute Living Room with all-day snacks, light bites, local delicacies, treats, and seasonal fruits, as well as a dedicated Villa Manager, Domes' ultra-private check-in, and more. Once per 5-night stay, a 3-course à la carte dinner in one of the à la carte restaurants is included.

Emerald Suite Sea View

The spacious suites are located in the Seafront Wing and feature, in addition to the same amenities as the Emerald Retreat rooms, a separate living/sleeping area with a seating corner, a second shower/WC, and a beautiful view of the sea and the Olive Garden (D2E). Optionally bookable with direct access to the sea (Beachfront, TX2). Access to the "Haute Living Room" area. Breakfast/Half Board

Buffet breakfast for guests of the Seafront Wing at the "1962 by the Sea" restaurant and for guests of the "Panoramic Wing" at the Korypho restaurant.
When booking Half Board, dinner for all guests is included as a 3-course à la carte menu at the Korypho restaurant. A reservation is required.
Dinner in the "1962 by the Sea" restaurant is possible à la carte for an additional charge.

When booking the Grand Opal Suite, Emerald Suite MB, Pavilion Retreat, and Pavilion Suite room categories, a premium package is included. This includes access to the "Haute Living" concept (see benefits below) and the following additional dinner options (for stays of 7 days or more, not available for theme nights):
- daily 3-course à la carte dinner at the "1962 by the Sea" restaurant
- once per stay, an à la carte lunch is included at the "1962 by the Sea" restaurant, the "Verde Poolbar" restaurant, or the "Panorama" bar.
- once per stay, dinner at "Antonino's" as a three-course set menu.
Drinks are not included.
In the event of force majeure, health reasons, occupancy, capacity, or other restrictions, the hotel reserves the right to change assigned restaurants or the HB dinner format to a buffet without prior notice.
A vegan corner at the breakfast buffet and vegan menus are offered (on request locally).

Destination information - Climate Resilience Tax

For stays starting from January 1, 2018, the Greek government charges a climate resilience tax to be paid by the guest locally, comparable to a tourist tax.
The amount depends on the type/category of accommodation and is scaled from 0.50 Euro to 15 Euro per day and room as of January 1, 2025.
For stays during high season April 1 - October 31:
