The luxurious adults-only hotel is located in a magnificent position directly on a beautiful sand/pebble beach. The airport is approx. 17 km from the hotel, and Corfu Town is just a 30-minute drive away.

Facilities

This high-quality adults-only resort (bookable from 16 years of age) is set directly along the sea and features 2 areas, a total of 81 rooms, 99 suites, and 2 villas. The "Seafront Wing" features the main lobby, "1962 By the Sea" restaurant, Blue Bar, Raw Bar, Verde pool bar, the seafront swimming pool, "Haute Living Room" for all guests of the associated rooms, tennis court, and an outdoor fitness area. The new "Panoramic Wing" offers a separate reception area for guests of the rooms located there, the Korypho Restaurant, Nobilis Fine Dining at Koryphō for dinner with a multi-course menu (gourmet gastronomy in a private restaurant area, accompanied by top-class wines and champagnes; not part of the half-board program/available for all paying guests/reservation required), a panoramic pool bar, two swimming pools, and the spa area. Sun loungers, parasols, and pool towels are included at the pool and beach. The pool is heated in the early and late season. Guests of the Grand Opal Suite, Emerald Suite MB, Pavilion Retreat, and Pavilion Suite room categories receive exclusive access to the "Haute Living Room" area.

Emerald Retreat

The beautiful rooms are located in the Seafront Wing and consist of a bedroom with a king-size or double bed and feature a marble bathroom with shower/WC, high-quality bath amenities, bathrobes and slippers, ironing board with iron, coffee/tea making facilities, hairdryer, safe, individually adjustable air conditioning, flat-screen satellite TV, Wi-Fi, minibar (for a fee), and a balcony or terrace with garden view (EH2). Optionally bookable with sea view for an additional charge (CY2/2AY/MBB) or in the 1st beach row with sea view (WET).

Jade Suite

The Jade Suites are located in the Panoramic Wing and are a unique and stylish retreat that skillfully combines island elements and minimalism in cream and light brown tones. With a view of the endless horizon and our specially curated rooftop gardens, it becomes your very own private sanctuary. The open-plan layout with a comfortable king-size bed and a cozy living area ensures a relaxing atmosphere. The terrace or balcony are the highlights of the room—for all those moments of relaxation you deserve. The equipment and amenities are identical to the Emerald Retreat rooms (S2). Optionally bookable with an outdoor whirlpool on the balcony (UZ2).

Opal Suite Sea View

The generously and openly designed Opal Suites are located in the Panoramic Wing and differ in color scheme from the Jade Suite and also feature a sea view (S2M/SIM). In room types S2M/SIM, Schauinsland-Reisen guests receive a 20% discount on extras at the hotel.

Opal Suite Sea View Whirlpool

With the same amenities as the Opal Suite Sea View, these rooms feature a terrace with an outdoor whirlpool and sea view (Y2J/SAJ/2UM).

These are more spacious with identical design and equipment, additionally feature a bathtub, and are located in the Panoramic Wing (GR2). Access to the "Haute Living Room" area. Breakfast/Half board

Breakfast in buffet form for guests of the Seafront Wing in the "1962 by the Sea" restaurant and for guests of the Panoramic Wing in the Korypho Restaurant.
When booking half board, dinner is included for all guests as a 3-course à la carte menu in the Korypho Restaurant.
Dinner in the "1962 by the Sea" restaurant is available à la carte for an additional charge.
When booking the room categories Grand Opal Suite, Emerald Suite MB, Pavilion Retreat, and Pavilion Suite, a Premium Package is included. You receive access to the "Haute Living" concept (for benefits, see below) and the following additional options for dinner (from a stay of 7 days, not possible on themed evenings):
- One dinner included per stay at the "1962 by the Sea" restaurant with a 2x3-course à la carte menu (some dishes for an additional charge), reservation required.
- One dinner included per stay at the Raw Bar as a 3-course menu.
Drinks are not included.
In the event of force majeure, health reasons, occupancy, capacity, or other restrictions, the hotel reserves the right to change the assigned restaurants or the HB dinner format to a buffet without prior notice.
A vegan corner at the breakfast buffet and vegan menus are offered (on request locally).

Note: Climate Resilience Fee

For stays starting from January 1, 2018, the Greek government levies a climate resilience fee, which must be paid by the guest on site, comparable to a tourist tax.
The amount depends on the type/category of the accommodation and is tiered from 0.50 Euro to 15 Euro per day and room as of January 1, 2025.
