Location

The Mitsis Messonghi Beach is located between the villages of Moraitika and Messonghi, offering numerous shopping and entertainment opportunities. The hotel provides direct access to the beach and is only 22 km from Corfu town and Corfu airport. Surrounded by lush gardens, the property overlooks the Ionian Sea.

Facilities

The Messonghi Beach is a generously designed holiday complex with a total of 967 rooms, spread across a main building and several annexes. Facilities include a multilingual 24-hour reception, luggage room, satellite TV lounges, various restaurants and bars, shops, a wellness center, and from mid-May to mid-September, a nightclub (11 PM - 2 AM, 3 times a week). Wi-Fi is available free of charge throughout the complex.
In the spacious and well-maintained garden area, which borders the beach directly, you will find generously designed swimming pools with large sun terraces, a mini water park, and various sports facilities. Beach towels, sun loungers, and umbrellas are included both at the beach and by the pool.

The rooms are equipped with a shower/WC, hairdryer, wardrobe, air conditioning, flat-screen TV, refrigerator, and Wi-Fi, and also feature a balcony (D).
Available as single occupancy (DE), with sea view (DM), or river view (D2F).

Quadruple room

With the same amenities as the double rooms, these rooms are more spacious and feature a private terrace (4BZ).

The main restaurant "Nausika" offers a diverse buffet with international dishes for breakfast (7-10:30 AM), lunch (12:30 PM - 2:30 PM), and dinner (6:30 PM - 9:30 PM). Additionally, there is a beach restaurant serving fish, seafood, and traditional Greek dishes.
Snacks are available at the River Bar from 10 AM to 6 PM.
There is also a main bar "Pergola" (9 AM - 1 AM), a pizza and pasta station (11 AM - 8 PM).
Non-alcoholic and alcoholic local and international beverages, such as soft drinks, long drinks, wine, beer, and cocktails, are included at the pool bar "Oasis" (10 AM - 12 AM), the pool bar "Chloe" (10 AM - 6 PM), and the two beach bars "Levante" and "River" (10 AM - 6 PM).

Note on contribution for climate resilience

For stays from 01/01/2018 onwards, the Greek government levies a climate resilience fee, payable by the guest on-site, similar to a tourist tax. The amount depends on the type/category of accommodation and will be tiered from 0.50 Euro to 15 € per day and room from 01/01/2025.
