The total of 180 rooms are spread across 12 two-story residential buildings, which are located in the spacious garden. The main building houses the reception with lobby bar, the buffet restaurant "Helios", the à la carte restaurant "Ambrosia", the "Nectar" Roof Bar, a mini-market with a souvenir shop, a library, the "Pasithea" Spa, and the "Morpheus" bar, where various evening events also take place. Wi-Fi is available free of charge throughout the hotel complex.
The extensive garden area features two freshwater swimming pools (one with water slides, included for AI guests), a separate children's pool, a large sun terrace, and the pool bar. Sun loungers and umbrellas are included around the pool and on the beach (for a fee, included for AI guests), and towels are provided free of charge.
