Location

The family-run hotel Athina is located in Agios Stefanos, between the villages of Avliotes and Arillas. The sand/pebble beach is only approx. 50 m away. Shopping and entertainment options are in the immediate vicinity.
The airport is reachable in approx. 40 km.

Facilities

The family-friendly complex is a Schauinsland-Reisen original and features 73 rooms in two buildings, a lobby with 24-hour reception, a restaurant, and a bar. An elevator is only available in the annex building. Wi-Fi is included throughout the complex.
In the well-kept garden area, there is a large swimming pool with a separate baby pool and sun terrace. Sun loungers and umbrellas are included at the pool, for a fee at the beach.

Double room

The rooms feature two single beds, shower/WC, hairdryer, slippers, iron, telephone, satellite TV, air conditioning (centrally controlled), mini-fridge, coffee/tea station, and balcony or terrace (D/DA).
Optionally also bookable with direct ocean view (DM) or for single use (DE/DEA/AME/DM1).
These rooms are bookable until the end of summer 2026.

The double rooms Deluxe ocean view are located in the building newly built in 2025 and are modernly equipped with a bathroom with walk-in shower/WC, hairdryer, toiletries, bathrobe and slippers, air conditioning, 50" smart satellite TV, telephone, safe, mini-fridge, coffee/tea station (daily refill), and Nespresso machine (with 4 capsules daily), a daily bottle of water, as well as a furnished balcony with ocean view (DDM/MDI).
Optionally also bookable for single use (DM1).

Junior suite ocean view

The junior suites are located in the building newly built in 2025 and are modernly furnished, featuring a bathroom with walk-in shower/WC, hairdryer, toiletries, bathrobe and slippers, a combined living/sleeping area, air conditioning, 50" smart satellite TV, telephone, safe, mini-fridge, coffee/tea station (daily refill), and Nespresso machine (with 4 capsules daily), a daily bottle of water, as well as a furnished balcony with ocean view (J2M).

Junior suite ocean view sharing pool

The junior suites, built and modernly furnished in summer 2023, feature a combined living/sleeping area, a bathroom with walk-in shower/WC, hairdryer, toiletries, bathrobe and slippers, air conditioning, 50" smart satellite TV, telephone, safe, mini-fridge, coffee/tea station (daily refill), and Nespresso machine (with 4 capsules daily), a daily bottle of water, as well as a furnished terrace with direct access to the sharing pool (J2H/W2).
