Angela Beach Hotel

Location

In the small village of Astrakeri, surrounded by meadows and olive trees, the Angela Beach hotel complex is located directly on a small, natural sand/pebble beach. Another beach section can be reached in about 150 m, and further beaches are within walking distance. The nearest town, Roda, is about 1.5 km away and can be reached comfortably and easily several times a day by the hotel's own free shuttle bus. The well-known town of Acharavi is about 4 km away, and the airport is approx. 43 km away.

Facilities

The Angela Beach Hotel is a schauinsland-reisen original and has 580 rooms and apartments, including 190 Superior, which are spread across the main building and several multi-story annexes. Amenities include a reception area with 24-hour reception, rental safes, a lift in the main building, seating areas, a souvenir shop/mini-market, as well as an air-conditioned cinema. Furthermore, the hotel has 2 buffet restaurants, one near the main building and the second in the Superior apartment area, as well as a rooftop bar that invites you for sundowners. Outside, there are three freshwater swimming pools with sun terraces and pool bars, a separate children's pool, and a brand-new small water park with 2 slides. Here, little guests can also let off steam on the new, large playground. Sun loungers, umbrellas, and seating are available for parents.
For those seeking peace and quiet, a small garden lounge area with outdoor sofas, Bali beds, hanging chairs, and 2 outdoor whirlpools has been available since summer 2024.
The garden area by the beach has also been redesigned since summer 2024: Here there is now a wooden deck with sun loungers, umbrellas, and a panoramic view of the sea, a relax area with hammocks, as well as a new beach bar with cozy seating for lingering. Sun loungers and umbrellas are included at the swimming pools and on the bathing beach directly in front of the hotel. Guests receive beach towels against a deposit; a small fee is charged for exchanging them. Wi-Fi is provided free of charge to all hotel guests within the complex.

Renovated in 2020, these rooms are designed in a modern style and are located in the annex building facing the sea. Equipment includes a bathroom with walk-in shower/WC, hairdryer, toiletries, and scale, ceiling fan, 42'' flatscreen satellite TV, air conditioning, rental safe, mini-fridge, kettle with coffee and tea set (daily refill), espresso machine with 4 capsules upon arrival (further capsules can be purchased in the hotel's mini-market), as well as a furnished balcony with sea view (E2R/T2M).

Apartment Superior sharing pool

Bookable for guests aged 13 and over.
These apartments are located on the ground floor in the annex building. Modern amenities include a cozy living room with 2 sofa beds and a bedroom separated by a connecting door with a double bed, bathroom with walk-in shower/WC, hairdryer and care products, mini-fridge, ceiling fan, air conditioning, flatscreen satellite TV, kettle with coffee and tea set (daily refill), espresso machine with 4 capsules upon arrival (further capsules can be purchased in the hotel's mini-market), rental safe, as well as direct access from the terrace into the sharing pool with water loungers newly built for summer 2024 (ASW).

All hotel guests are offered breakfast from 8:00 AM – 10:00 AM, lunch from 12:30 PM – 2:00 PM, and dinner from 7:00 PM – 9:00 PM in buffet form. From 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM and from 8:00 PM – 11:00 PM, gyros, fries, and tzatziki are provided at the snack bar and one of the pool bars. Ice cream is available from 11:00 AM – 5:00 PM, and coffee, tea, and pastries are served from 4:00 PM – 5:00 PM.
Non-alcoholic drinks such as coffee, tea, cocoa, various soft drinks, juices, soda water, and national alcoholic drinks such as beer, local red and white wine, brandy, and ouzo are available from 10:00 AM – 11:00 PM at the pool bars as well as at the beach bar. Further national drinks such as vodka, rum, and kumquat are served from 1:00 PM – 11:00 PM.
The rooftop bar is open for soft drinks and beer from 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM and from 6:00 PM – 11:00 PM for all other alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks included in the All Inclusive program.
Appropriate attire is requested for meals.

Local spirits according to the AI menu are included from 1:30 PM – 11:00 PM.

From summer 2027: For safety reasons, the use of the water slides is not permitted for children under 5 years of age. Children between 5 and 14 years of age may only use the water slides if accompanied or supervised by a parent. Wearing a life jacket is mandatory.
