Angela Beach Hotel

Location

In the small village of Astrakeri, surrounded by meadows and olive trees, the Angela Beach hotel complex is located directly on a small, natural sand/pebble beach. Another section of the beach is reachable in about 150 m, and further beaches are within walking distance. The nearest town, Roda, is about 1.5 km away and can be reached comfortably and easily several times a day via the hotel's own free shuttle bus. The well-known resort of Acharavi is about 4 km away, and the airport is approx. 43 km away.

Facilities

The Angela Beach Hotel is a Schauinsland-Reisen original and features 580 rooms and apartments, 190 of which are Superior, distributed across the main building and several multi-story annex buildings. The hotel's amenities include a lobby area with a 24-hour reception, rental safes, an elevator in the main building, seating areas, a souvenir shop/mini-market, as well as an air-conditioned cinema. Furthermore, the hotel has 2 buffet restaurants, one near the main building and the second in the Superior apartment area, as well as a rooftop bar that invites guests to enjoy sunset drinks. In the outdoor area, there are three freshwater swimming pools with sun terraces and pool bars, a separate children's pool, and a brand-new small water park with 2 slides. Here, little guests can also let off steam on the new, large children's playground. Sun loungers, umbrellas, and seating are available for parents.
For those seeking tranquility, a small garden lounge area with outdoor sofas, Bali beds, hanging chairs, and 2 outdoor hot tubs has been available since summer 2024.
The garden area at the beach has also been redesigned since summer 2024: there is now a wooden deck with sun loungers, umbrellas, and panoramic sea views, a relaxation area with hammocks, as well as a new beach bar with comfortable seating to linger. Sun loungers and umbrellas are included at the swimming pools and at the beach directly in front of the hotel. Guests receive beach towels against a deposit; a small fee is charged for changes. Wi-Fi is provided to all hotel guests throughout the premises free of charge.

Double room Superior sea view

The rooms, renovated in 2020, are designed in a modern style and are located in the annex building facing the sea. Amenities include a bathroom with walk-in shower/WC, hairdryer, toiletries and scale, ceiling fan, 42'' flatscreen satellite TV, air conditioning, rental safe, mini-fridge, electric kettle with coffee and tea set (daily replenishment), espresso machine with 4 capsules upon arrival (further capsules can be purchased at the hotel's mini-market), as well as a furnished balcony with sea view (E2R/T2M).
Optionally also bookable for single use (E1R/DME), as a saver room (2EN), or with garden view located on the ground floor (N2P/until October 2026).

Junior suite Superior

The modern-designed Junior Suites Superior are located in one of the annex buildings, are more spacious than the double rooms, and additionally feature a generously designed and visually separated living area with a sofa bed, bathroom with walk-in shower/WC, hairdryer and toiletries, ceiling fan, air conditioning, flatscreen satellite TV, rental safe, electric kettle with coffee and tea set (daily replenishment), and a furnished balcony with garden view (JU2/LN2).

These apartments are located on the ground floor in the annex building. Modern features include a cozy living room with 2 sofa beds and a bedroom with a double bed separated by a connecting door, bathroom with walk-in shower/WC, hairdryer and toiletries, mini-fridge, ceiling fan, air conditioning, flatscreen satellite TV, electric kettle with coffee and tea set (daily replenishment), espresso machine with 4 capsules upon arrival (further capsules can be purchased at the hotel's mini-market), rental safe, as well as direct access from the terrace into the sharing pool with water loungers newly built in summer 2024 (ASW).

All hotel guests are offered breakfast from 8-10 am, lunch from 12:30-2 pm, and dinner from 7-9 pm in buffet style. From 10 am-4 pm as well as from 8-11 pm, gyros, fries, and tzatziki are provided at the snack bar and one of the pool bars. Ice cream is available from 11 am-5 pm, and coffee, tea, and pastries are served from 4-5 pm.
Non-alcoholic beverages such as coffee, tea, cocoa, various soft drinks, juices, soda water, and national alcoholic beverages such as beer, local red and white wine, brandy, and ouzo are available from 10 am-11 pm at the pool bars and at the beach bar. Further national beverages such as vodka, rum, and kumquat are on tap from 1 pm-11 pm.
The rooftop bar is open for soft drinks and beer from 10 am-6 pm as well as from 6 pm-11 pm for all other alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages included in the All Inclusive program.
Appropriate attire is requested for meals.
