Angela Beach Hotel

Location

Located in the small village of Astrakeri, surrounded by meadows and olive trees, the Angela Beach hotel complex is situated directly on a small, natural sand/shingle beach. Another beach section is reachable in about 150 m, and further beaches are within walking distance. The nearest town, Roda, is approx. 1.5 km away and can be reached several times a day comfortably and easily by the hotel's own free shuttle bus. You can reach the well-known town of Acharavi after about 4 km, and the airport after approx. 43 km.

Facilities

The Hotel Angela Beach is a schauinsland-reisen original and features 580 rooms and apartments, 190 of which are superior, spread across the main building and several multi-story annexes. Amenities include a lobby with 24-hour reception, rental safes, lift in the main building, seating areas, a souvenir shop/mini-market, and an air-conditioned cinema. Furthermore, the hotel has 2 buffet restaurants, one near the main building and the second in the superior apartment area, as well as a rooftop bar that invites you to enjoy a sundowner. In the outdoor area, there are three freshwater swimming pools with sun terraces and pool bars, a separate children's pool, and a brand-new small water park with 2 slides. Little guests can also let off steam here on the new, large playground. Sun loungers, umbrellas, and seating are available for parents.
For those seeking peace and quiet, a small garden lounge area with outdoor sofas, Bali beds, hanging chairs, and 2 outdoor whirlpools has been available since summer 2024.
The garden area by the beach has also been redesigned since summer 2024: Here there is now a wooden deck with sun loungers, umbrellas, and panoramic views of the sea, a relaxation area with hammocks, as well as a new beach bar with cozy seating to linger. Sun loungers and parasols are included at the swimming pools and on the beach directly in front of the hotel. Guests receive beach towels against a deposit; a small fee is charged for changing them. Wi-Fi is provided to all hotel guests free of charge within the complex.

Renovated in 2020, these rooms are designed in a modern style and are located in the annex building facing the sea. These apartments are located on the ground floor in the annex building. Modern equipment includes a cozy living room with 2 sofa beds and a bedroom with a double bed separated by a connecting door, bathroom with walk-in shower/WC, hairdryer and care products, mini-fridge, ceiling fan, air conditioning, flatscreen satellite TV, electric kettle with coffee and tea set (daily refill), espresso machine with 4 capsules upon arrival (further capsules can be purchased in the hotel's mini-market), rental safe, as well as direct access from the terrace into the sharing pool with water loungers newly built since summer 2024 (ASW).

All hotel guests are offered breakfast from 8-10 AM, lunch from 12:30-2 PM, and dinner from 7-9 PM in buffet form. From 10 AM-4 PM as well as from 8-11 PM, gyros, fries, and tzatziki are provided at the snack bar and one of the pool bars. Ice cream is available from 11 AM-5 PM, and coffee, tea, and pastries are served from 4-5 PM.
Non-alcoholic drinks such as coffee, tea, cocoa, various soft drinks, juices, soda water, and national alcoholic beverages such as beer, local red and white wine, brandy, and ouzo are available from 10 AM-11 PM at the pool bars and the beach bar. Other national beverages such as vodka, rum, and kumquat are available from 1-11 PM.
The rooftop bar is open for soft drinks and beer from 10 AM-6 PM as well as from 6-11 PM for all other alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks included in the All Inclusive program.
Appropriate attire is requested during meals.
