Angela Beach Hotel

Location

In the small village of Astrakeri, surrounded by meadows and olive trees, the Angela Beach hotel complex is located directly on a small, natural sand/pebble beach. Another beach section can be reached in about 150 meters, further beaches are within walking distance. The nearest town, Roda, is located approx. 1.5 km away and can be reached comfortably and easily multiple times a day by the hotel's own free shuttle bus. You can reach the well-known town of Acharavi after about 4 km, and the airport after approx. 43 km.

Facilities

The Angela Beach Hotel is a schauinsland-reisen original and features 580 rooms and apartments, 190 of which are superior, distributed across the main building and several multi-story outbuildings. Amenities include an entrance area with a 24-hour reception, rental safes, a lift in the main building, seating areas, a souvenir shop/mini-market, and an air-conditioned cinema. Furthermore, the hotel features 2 buffet restaurants, one near the main building and the second in the superior apartment area, as well as a rooftop bar that invites you to enjoy a sundowner. The outdoor area includes three freshwater swimming pools with sun terraces and pool bars, a separate children's pool, and a brand-new small water park with 2 slides. Here, little guests can also let off steam on the new, large children's playground. Sunbeds, umbrellas, and seating areas are available for parents.
For those seeking tranquility, a small garden lounge area with outdoor sofas, Bali beds, hanging chairs, and 2 outdoor hot tubs has been available since summer 2024.
The garden area by the beach has also been redesigned since summer 2024: there is now a wooden deck with sunbeds, umbrellas, and a panoramic view of the sea, a relax area with hammocks, as well as a new beach bar with cozy seating options for relaxing. Sunbeds and umbrellas are included at the swimming pools as well as on the bathing beach directly in front of the hotel. Guests receive beach towels against a deposit; a small fee is charged for changes. Wi-Fi is provided free of charge to all hotel guests within the complex.

The rooms, renovated in 2020, are designed in a modern style and are located in the outbuilding facing the sea side. All hotel guests are offered breakfast from 8-10 a.m., lunch from 12:30-2 p.m., and dinner from 7-9 p.m. in buffet form. From 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. and from 8-11 p.m., gyros, fries, and tzatziki are provided at the snack bar and one of the pool bars. Ice cream is available from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m., and coffee, tea, as well as pastries are served from 4-5 p.m.
Non-alcoholic drinks such as coffee, tea, cocoa, various soft drinks, juices, soda water, and national alcoholic drinks such as beer, local red and white wine, brandy, and ouzo are available from 10 a.m. to 11 p.m. at the pool bars as well as at the beach bar. Further national drinks such as vodka, rum, and kumquat are available from 1 p.m. to 11 p.m.
The rooftop bar is open for soft drinks and beer from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. as well as from 6-11 p.m. for all other alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks included in the All Inclusive program.
