Location

Located in the bay of Kontokali on a small peninsula with two small sandy beaches (accessible by lift; one of the beaches has been awarded the Blue Flag). The former fishing village of Kontokali can be reached in approximately 15 minutes on foot. A complimentary hotel shuttle runs once daily to Corfu Town (approx. 6 km away). A public bus stop is located on the main road (approx. 500 m away).
The airport is approximately 8 km away.

The luxurious hotel complex consists of a main building and several bungalow buildings, set amidst a well-kept garden, with a total of 261 rooms. The main building features an elegant lobby area with 24-hour reception, luggage storage room, satellite TV room, lift, boutique/souvenir shop, jeweler, hairdresser in the spa area, and an indoor pool (heated). Wi-Fi is available free of charge throughout the hotel grounds.
Catering is provided by the buffet restaurant (Mediterranean-Greek, Italian), two à-la-carte restaurants (one near the beach, open 1 PM–11:30 PM), a barbecue tavern/cafeteria (self-service) with a bar near the beach, and the lobby bar with pool service.
Above the beach and within the garden landscape, there is a seawater pool and a sun terrace. Additional lounging areas are available at the two beach sections and on the sunbathing lawn. Umbrellas, sun loungers, and beach towels are provided free of charge throughout the resort and on the beach. There are also showers and changing cabins at the beach.

Accommodation

Double room

Located in the main building or in the bungalow buildings. These modern rooms feature a bath or shower/WC, bathrobes and slippers, high-quality toiletries, makeup mirror, hairdryer, air conditioning (centrally controlled), safe, Smart TV, radio, Wi-Fi, telephone, minibar (for a fee), coffee/tea-making facilities, espresso machine, and a balcony or terrace with garden view (D).
Upon arrival, a bottle of wine is provided; one bottle of water is included per day.
Optionally bookable with a surcharge for sea view (DM), bay view (DBD), or as Seafront (D2W).

Single room

Single rooms are double rooms for single use with garden view (DE).
Also bookable with sea view for a surcharge (DEM).

Double room private pool

These rooms were renovated in summer 2025 and, in addition to the same basic amenities as the double rooms, feature a terrace with sun loungers and access to a private pool (PPZ/Q2I).

Rooms with a private pool do not have their own lifeguard and present an increased risk for young children and non-swimmers. Supervision at the pool is therefore the responsibility of the parents/guardians.

Family room

The family rooms are located in the main building or the bungalow buildings, were renovated in summer 2025, and, apart from the same amenities as the double rooms, offer additional sleeping space (visually separated by a sliding door). They are optionally bookable with garden (DF2), sea (F2M), or bay view (Y2B).

Suite sea view

The suites are located in the main building, are larger than the family rooms, and in addition to the same amenities, feature a living room with a sofa bed, Bluetooth speakers, and offer a sea view (S2M).

Meals

Breakfast/Half board/Full board

Rich American or (outdoors) Greek breakfast buffet; main meals can be taken either at lunch in the BBQ tavern or in the evening at the main restaurant (renovated in summer 2025) in buffet style. Occasional themed evenings.
A vegan corner is available at the breakfast buffet, and vegan menus are offered (upon request on site). Lactose-free or gluten-free meals are available. Please contact the reception for this.

Climate resilience fee information

For stays starting from 1/1/2018, the Greek government levies a climate resilience fee, which must be paid by the guest on-site, comparable to a tourist tax.
The amount depends on the type/category of the accommodation and is tiered from 0.50 Euro to 15 Euro per room per day as of 1/1/2025.
For stays during high season 1/4–31/10:

Local category 3 Stars: 5 Euro
Local category 4 Stars: 10 Euro
Local category 5 Stars: 15 Euro
For stays during low season 1/11–31/3:
