Location

Located in the bay of Kontokali on a small peninsula with two small sandy beaches (accessible by elevator; one of the beaches has been awarded the Blue Flag). The former fishing village of Kontokali can be reached in approx. 15 minutes on foot. A free hotel shuttle bus runs once a day to Corfu Town (approx. 6 km away). There is a local bus stop on the main road (approx. 500 m away).
The airport is approx. 8 km away.

The luxurious hotel complex consists of the main building and several bungalow buildings, situated in the midst of a well-maintained garden, with a total of 261 rooms. The main building features an elegant lobby area with a 24-hour reception, luggage storage room, satellite TV room, elevator, boutique/souvenir shop, jeweler, hair salon in the spa area, and an indoor pool (heatable). Wi-Fi is available free of charge throughout the hotel premises.
Dining options include the buffet restaurant (Mediterranean-Greek, Italian), two à la carte restaurants (one near the beach, open 1 PM–11:30 PM), a barbecue tavern/cafeteria (self-service) with a bar near the beach, and the lobby bar with pool service.
Above the beach and within the garden landscape are the seawater pool and the sun terrace. There are further lounging areas at the two beach sections and on the lawn. Umbrellas, sun loungers, and beach towels are available free of charge within the complex and on the beach. There are also showers and changing rooms on the beach.

Double room

Located in the main building or in the bungalow buildings. These modern rooms feature a bath or shower/WC, bathrobes and slippers, high-quality toiletries, vanity mirror, hairdryer, air conditioning (centrally controlled), safe, Smart TV, radio, Wi-Fi, telephone, minibar (for a fee), coffee/tea station, espresso machine, and a balcony or terrace with garden view (D).
A bottle of wine is provided upon arrival, and one bottle of water per day is included.
Also bookable for an extra charge with sea view (DM), view over the bay (DBD), or as seafront (D2W).

Single rooms are double rooms for single occupancy with garden view (DE).
Also bookable for an extra charge with sea view (DEM).

Double room private pool

These rooms were renovated in summer 2025 and, with the same basic amenities as the double rooms, additionally feature a terrace with sun loungers and access to a private pool (PPZ/Q2I).

Family room

The family rooms are located in the main building or in the bungalow buildings, were renovated in summer 2025, and have the same amenities as the double rooms but with additional sleeping options (visually separated by a sliding door). They are bookable with either garden (DF2), sea (F2M), or bay view (Y2B).

Suite sea view

The suites are located in the main building, are larger than the family rooms, have the same amenities, and additionally feature a living room with a sofa bed, Bluetooth speaker, and have a sea view (S2M).

Meals

Breakfast/Half board/Full board

Extensive American or (in the outdoor area) Greek breakfast buffet; the main meal is available either at lunchtime in the BBQ tavern or in the evening in the main restaurant (renovated in summer 2025) in buffet form. Occasional theme nights.
A vegan corner at the breakfast buffet and vegan menus are offered (upon request on-site). Lactose-free or gluten-free meals are available. Please contact the reception for this.

Destination information: Climate Resilience Tax

For stays from January 1, 2018, the Greek government has introduced a climate resilience tax to be paid by the guest on-site, similar to a tourist tax.
The amount depends on the type/category of the accommodation and is tiered from 0.50 euros to 15 euros per day and per room from January 1, 2025.
For stays in the high season April 1–October 31:
Land category 1-2 stars: 2 euros
Land category 3 stars: 5 euros
Land category 4 stars: 10 euros
Land category 5 stars: 15 euros
For stays in the low season November 1–March 31:
Land category 1-2 stars: 0.50 euros
