Panorama Guest Room with Sea View

These elegantly furnished rooms are located on the 3rd and 4th floors of the main building (Imperial Building) and offer the same size and amenities as the Deluxe Double Rooms, with the addition of a panoramic sea view (2RA).
Also available as a Cruise Double Room with Sea View on the 4th floor with an elevated view (2C2).

Deluxe Suite with Sea View

The Deluxe Suites with Sea View are fully renovated. They offer the same amenities as the Deluxe Double Room with Sea View but feature higher-quality furnishings, a separate living/sleeping area, a bathroom with double vanity, a separate shower, and a separate WC, as well as a walk-in closet. They are located in a prime position on the top floor of the main building, offering a spacious balcony with a magnificent panoramic view of the sea and the Kommeno peninsula (SDM).
Also bookable as a Deluxe Family Suite with Sea View for up to 4 guests (FDM).

Imperial Suite with Sea View

The Imperial Suite with Sea View offers the same amenities as the Deluxe Double Room with Sea View but boasts the most breathtaking, spectacular frontal sea views in the resort, located on the 2nd, 3rd, and 4th floors of the main building. The bathroom is marble-effect and equipped with a bathtub. There is an open-plan closet and a dining table in the living area. Both the living room and bedroom provide access to a spacious balcony (MSI).

Imperial Suite 2-Bedroom with Sea View

These magnificent, extremely luxuriously furnished suites offer the same amenities as the Imperial Suite with Sea View, plus an additional separate bedroom and 2 marble bathrooms (one with a bathtub and one with a walk-in shower). They are located on the 2nd, 3rd, and 4th floors of the main building and offer the most impressive frontal sea views (2ZM).

Deluxe Bungalow with Sea View, 1st Floor

The comfortable Deluxe Bungalows with Sea View are located in the "Garden Collection" area in a block of four bungalows. They are on the first floor with ground-level access and offer the same amenities as the Deluxe Double Rooms with Sea View. The bathroom is equipped with either a shower or a bathtub, and a few steps lead from the entrance area down into the sleeping and living area. A relaxing balcony setup makes the stay unforgettable while enjoying views of the Ionian Sea (2BM).

Panorama Bungalow with Sea View

These offer the same amenities as the Deluxe Bungalows with Sea View and are also located in the "Garden Collection" on the 1st floor, though positioned slightly lower on the resort grounds. They feature a balcony with a seating area and quiet views of the Ionian Sea. The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub, and a few steps lead from the entrance area, which includes a large closet, into the sleeping and living area. This room category is situated in one of the quietest locations in the resort with a beautiful view of the sea, as it is located on the waterfront (B2M).

Swim-Up Junior Bungalow Suite

The comfortable Junior Bungalow Suites are part of the "Garden Collection" and offer the same amenities as the Deluxe Double Rooms. The bathroom is equipped with either a shower or a bathtub, and a few steps lead from the entrance area, which includes a large closet, into the sleeping and living area. The terrace is furnished with daybeds and a seating area, and provides direct access to a sharing pool with sea view, which is shared by 4 bungalows (2J2).

The newly renovated Open Plan Family Bungalows are part of the "Garden Collection," located on the ground floor in the lower part of the gardens, and offer the same amenities as the Deluxe Double Rooms. The bathroom is equipped with either a shower or a bathtub, and a few steps lead from the entrance area, which includes a large closet, into the sleeping and living area. The terrace, furnished with a seating area, leads to a sharing pool surrounded by sun loungers (2F4).

Family Bungalow Swim-Up

The Family Bungalows Swim-Up are ideal for families. They offer the same amenities as the Deluxe Bungalows with Sea View, with the addition of two sofa beds. The furnished terrace provides direct access to a sharing pool (FSU).

Boschetto Junior Family Suite

These offer the same amenities as the Deluxe Double Rooms and are located in the "Boschetto Building" on the ground floor (open plan) or on the 1st and 2nd floors (with two separate sleeping areas). The building exclusively offers family accommodations, is situated about 150 m from the main building, and features its own pool area, making it ideal for families with children and teenagers.
The rooms have an open-plan closet, a shower, and a variety of amenities for children upon request. A club car service is available 24/7 (JS2).

The extremely spacious and comfortable Boschetto Family Suites are also located in the "Boschetto Building" and offer the same amenities as the Boschetto Junior Family Suite. They are on the ground floor or on the 1st and 2nd floors, featuring a separate bedroom, a furnished balcony or terrace, an open-plan closet, a shower, and a variety of amenities for children upon request. A club car service is available 24/7 (2FS).

Boschetto Apartment 2-Bedroom

These extremely comfortable Boschetto Apartments are also located in the "Boschetto area" on the ground floor or the 1st and 2nd floors, featuring 2 separate bedrooms and a terrace or balcony. They include an open-plan closet, 2 bathrooms with a shower, and a variety of amenities for children upon request. A club car service is available 24/7 (A22).

Junior Suite Waterfront

The Junior Suite Waterfront is part of the "Garden Collection" and is situated in one of the quietest locations of the resort, further down in the gardens with beautiful views of the sea, as it is located on the waterfront. Offering the same amenities as the Deluxe Double Room, the bathroom is equipped with either a shower or a bathtub, and a few steps lead from the entrance area, which includes a large closet, into the sleeping and living area. The terrace, furnished with a seating area, leads into the garden, which is equipped with sun loungers (JWF).

Junior Bungalow Suite Waterfront

The Junior Bungalow Suite Waterfront is located in the heart of the resort, on the beachfront, adjacent to the Beachfront Villas. These are more spacious and open-plan; a few steps lead from the entrance area, which includes a large closet, into the sleeping and living area. The bathroom is equipped with a shower and a bathtub. The suites also feature a terrace with a garden area, sea view, and direct beach access (B2W).

Offering the same amenities as the Deluxe Double Room with Sea View, these are arranged over two floors in a maisonette style. On the lower level, there is a living area with a dining table and desk, as well as a bathroom. The upper level features two adjacent, combined living/sleeping areas (separated by a connecting door), each with a double bed, a private bathroom (shower/WC), and a balcony per room. The villas offer direct sea views and feature a terrace with a private pool (2VJ).

Offering the same amenities as the Deluxe Double Room with Sea View, these are larger, newly renovated, and consist of a living area, two bedrooms each with a double bed, and two bathrooms. The villas offer direct sea views and feature a terrace with a private pool as well as direct sea access (VPW).

Roc Villa 2-Bedroom with Private Pool Waterfront Sea Deck

The villa is an 80 m² luxury retreat with a 50-70 m² outdoor area, located directly on the water and offering direct sea views. It spans two levels and comprises 2 bedrooms, a dressing room, and 2 bathrooms; the lower level bathroom is modernly designed with 2 sinks and a separate shower, while the upper level bathroom is in a classic style with a bathtub. These villas also feature their own private swimming pool and a private sea deck for ultimate relaxation (RVW).

Half Board

Breakfast and your choice of lunch or dinner in buffet style at the main restaurant.
Lunch can be taken à la carte at the Trattoria&Wine Bar for a fee (with a credit of €20 per adult and €10 per child).
Drinks are not included.
For children (up to 12 years), the "Tasty Corner" is available at the main restaurant from 12:30 PM to 2:00 PM, and snacks are available at "Grecoland" from 11:00 AM to 5:00 PM, free of charge.

Destination information

For stays from January 1, 2018, the Greek government levies a climate resilience fee, payable by the guest on-site, comparable to a tourist tax.
The amount depends on the type/category of accommodation and ranges from €0.50 to €15 per day and room, as of January 1, 2025.
