Location

The cozy hotel is situated in the midst of untouched nature, directly on the beach, yet only about 300 m from the nearest shops, bars, and clubs in the center of Kavos. The airport is located approx. 45 km away.

The modern adults-only hotel (bookable from 16 years of age) has a total of 88 rooms, including 20 swim-up rooms, a reception, a restaurant, and a bar. Wi-Fi is included throughout the property.
In the outdoor area, there is a large infinity pool equipped with new sunbeds directly on the beach, and another pool is available exclusively for guests in the swim-up rooms in the annex building. Sunbeds and parasols are available free of charge at both the pool and the beach; pool towels are provided for a deposit. The heart of the hotel is the "Venus Beach Club" with a Greek-international à-la-carte restaurant and a wine and cocktail bar.

Double room

Located on the 1st and 2nd floor, the rooms feature a bath or shower/WC, hairdryer, air conditioning, high-speed Wi-Fi, safe, flat-screen satellite TV, telephone, refrigerator, kettle, and a furnished balcony with mountain views and views of the surrounding area (D/DI/DZO).
Also available for single occupancy (DE).

Double room sea view

These rooms are also located in the main building and, with the same basic amenities as the double rooms, offer a furnished balcony with sea view (DM/DMI/DMA/DMO/MBB).
Also available for single occupancy (DEM).

Double room Superior sea view

With the same amenities as the double rooms, these all feature a shower/WC, a large balcony, and are more spacious.
They offer a magnificent view of the Ionian Sea, the beach, and the mainland (DMU).

Double room Annex Swim Up

Located on the ground floor of the annex building, these rooms are a Schauinsland-Reisen Original and feature a walk-in shower/WC, hairdryer, high-speed Wi-Fi, safe, flat-screen satellite TV, telephone, refrigerator, kettle, and are situated directly next to the pool. The rooms offer pool views (DAX/DSI).
These rooms have been refreshed since 2025 and the pool area has been equipped with new furniture. New Bali beds, seat cushions, and parasols are available for you to relax.

Double room Superior Swim Up

Feature the same amenities as the Double room Annex Swim Up, but are more spacious. The rooms are directly connected to the pool via a balcony/terrace (DWP/YU2).

Double room Superior Outdoor Whirlpool

The spacious rooms are a Schauinsland-Reisen original and feature a bathroom with shower/WC, hairdryer, high-speed Wi-Fi, safe, flat-screen satellite TV, telephone, refrigerator, and kettle. The furnished terrace has sun protection and additionally features 2 sunbeds and a heated whirlpool (G2J).

Local alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks such as soft drinks, water, coffee and tea, local wine, draft beer, and local spirits (e.g., gin, whiskey, ouzo) as well as a selection of cocktails are included from 12:00–9:00 p.m.

All Inclusive Plus (Q)

When booking All Inclusive Plus, all guests can enjoy an extensive breakfast buffet from 8:00–10:30 a.m., a lunch buffet from 12:30–2:30 p.m., as well as dinner with show-cooking stations from 7:00–9:00 p.m.
During the day, a selection of warm and cold snacks, including gyros and pizza, is offered from 2:30–6:00 p.m.
At the currently open bar, local alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks as well as a selection of premium spirits are served from 11:00 a.m.–11:00 p.m. (no table service).
A generous selection of cocktails, such as Mojito, Aperol Spritz, and Strawberry Daiquiri, are also included in the All Inclusive Plus package.

On the roof terrace, there are facilities available for massages and beauty treatments (each for a fee).

Information on climate resilience levy

For stays starting from 1/1/2018, the Greek government charges a climate resilience levy, which must be paid by the guest locally, comparable to a tourist tax.
The amount depends on the type/category of the accommodation and is staggered from 0.50 Euro to 15 Euro per day and room, effective from 1/1/2025.
For stays in the high season 1/4–31/10:
Land category 1–2 stars: 2 Euro
Land category 3 stars: 5 Euro
Land category 4 stars: 10 Euro
Land category 5 stars: 15 Euro
For stays in the low season 1/11–31/3:
Land category 1–2 stars: 0.50 Euro
