Location

The cozy hotel is located in the heart of unspoiled nature, directly on the beach, and yet only about 300 m away from the nearest shops, bars, and clubs in the center of Kavos. The airport is approx. 45 km away.

This modern adults-only hotel (bookable for ages 16 and up) has a total of 88 rooms, including 20 swim-up rooms, a reception, a restaurant, and a bar. Wi-Fi is included throughout the property.
Outside, a large infinity pool awaits, equipped with new sun loungers, right on the beach. Another pool is available exclusively for guests in the swim-up rooms in the annex building. Loungers and parasols are provided free of charge at both the pool and the beach; pool towels are provided for a deposit. The heart of the hotel is the "Venus Beach Club" with a Greek-international à la carte restaurant and a wine and cocktail bar.

Located on the 1st and 2nd floors, the rooms feature a bath or shower/WC, hairdryer, air conditioning, high-speed Wi-Fi, safe, flat-screen satellite TV, telephone, refrigerator, electric kettle, and a furnished balcony with mountain and area views (D/DI).
Also available for single occupancy (DE).

Double Room Sea View

These rooms are also located in the main building and feature the same basic amenities as the double rooms, with a furnished balcony offering sea views (DM/DMI/DMA).
Also available for single occupancy (DEM).

Double Room Superior Sea View

These feature the same amenities as the double rooms, with shower/WC, a large balcony, and are more spacious.
They offer a magnificent view of the Ionian Sea, the beach, and the mainland (DMU).

Double Room Annex Swim Up

Located on the ground floor of the annex building, these rooms are a Schauinsland-Reisen original and feature a walk-in shower/WC, hairdryer, high-speed Wi-Fi, safe, flat-screen satellite TV, telephone, refrigerator, and electric kettle, and are located right next to the pool. The rooms offer pool views (DAX/DSI).
Since 2025, these rooms have been refreshed, and the pool area has been furnished with new equipment. New Bali beds, seat cushions, and parasols invite you to relax.

Double Room Superior Swim Up

These feature the same amenities as the Double Room Annex Swim Up but are more spacious. The rooms are directly connected to the pool via a balcony/terrace (DWP/YU2).

Double Room Superior Outdoor Whirlpool

These spacious rooms are a Schauinsland-Reisen original and feature a bathroom with shower/WC, hairdryer, high-speed Wi-Fi, safe, flat-screen satellite TV, telephone, refrigerator, and electric kettle. The furnished terrace has a sunshade and also features 2 sun loungers and a heated whirlpool (G2J).

When booking All Inclusive Plus, guests can look forward to an extensive breakfast buffet from 8:00–10:30 a.m., lunch buffet from 12:30–2:30 p.m., and dinner with show-cooking stations from 7:00–9:00 p.m.
During the day, a selection of hot and cold snacks, including gyros and pizza, is offered from 2:30–6:00 p.m.
Local alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, as well as a selection of premium spirits, are served at the respective open bar from 11:00 a.m.–11:00 p.m. (no table service).
A generous selection of cocktails, such as Mojito, Aperol Spritz, and Strawberry Daiquiri, is also included in the All Inclusive Plus package.

Destination information Climate Resilience Fee

For stays starting January 1, 2018, the Greek government charges a climate resilience fee, which the guest must pay on-site, comparable to a tourist tax.
The amount depends on the type/category of the accommodation and is tiered from 0.50 Euro to 15 Euro per day and room starting January 1, 2025.
