Location

Approximately 80 m from the long pebble/sand beach. The center of Ipsos is about 100 m away. The distance to the airport is approx. 15 km.

Facilities

The holiday complex, surrounded by an olive grove, has a reception hall with a reception, a lounge, a bar with a TV corner (German programs) and a restaurant with a beautiful outdoor terrace.
In the well-kept outdoor area, there is a pool with an integrated children's pool, sun terrace and pool/snack bar. Sun loungers and umbrellas are included by the pool, and available for a fee on the beach.

The double rooms are brightly furnished and have a bathroom with shower/WC, hairdryer, air conditioning (for a fee), safe (for a fee), satellite TV, mini-fridge, telephone, and balcony (D).

Single room

Like the double rooms, but without a balcony and with a view of the inner courtyard (E).

Family room

The family rooms consist of 2 double rooms with a bathroom and shower/WC, hairdryer, air conditioning (for a fee), mini-fridge, safe (for a fee), telephone, and a shared balcony with 2 access points (DF2).

Note on Climate Resilience Levy

For stays from 01.01.2018 onwards, the Greek government has introduced a climate resilience levy to be paid by guests on-site, similar to a tourist tax. The amount depends on the type/category of accommodation and, as of 01.01.2025, will be tiered from 0.50 Euros to 15 Euros per day and room.
For stays during high season from April 1st to October 31st:
National category 1-2 stars: 2 Euros
National category 3 stars: 5 Euros
National category 4 stars: 10 Euros
National category 5 stars: 15 Euros
For stays during low season from November 1st to March 31st:
National category 1-2 stars: 0.50 Euros
