Location

Just a few steps from the pebble beach, the Iliada Beach Hotel welcomes you in an excellent location. Sun loungers and umbrellas are available on the beach for a fee – perfect for relaxing hours by the sea. The lively tourist center is in the immediate vicinity, as are numerous bars and restaurants, which you can reach in about 20 meters. The popular resort of Gouvia is just a few minutes' walk away, while the picturesque old town of Corfu is about 7-8 km away. For daily needs, a supermarket is only about 50 m away. A disco can be reached in about 250 m. Places worth seeing in the surrounding area include the Gouvia Marina (approx. 400 m), the historic old town of Corfu (approx. 8 km) and the dreamlike Paleokastritsa with its bays (approx. 15 km). Corfu Airport (CFU) is only approx. 6 km away, ensuring convenient arrival and departure.

Facilities

The two-story beachfront hotel has a total of 54 comfortable rooms spread across a main and an adjacent building. A 24-hour reception is available to guests (check-in from 2:00 PM, check-out until 12:00 PM). Further facilities include a welcoming lobby, air conditioning, and a safe (for a fee).
Two air-conditioned restaurants ensure culinary well-being and offer a pleasant atmosphere for enjoyable meals. Social hours with refreshing drinks can be spent at the hotel bar.

The spacious and modernized room approx. 18-20m² features a Queensize bed (160x200)/2 Twin beds, a bathroom with shower/WC, a flatscreen satellite TV, a mini-fridge, hairdryer, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, daily cleaning, toiletries such as soap, shampoo and shower gel, an iron with ironing board, tea, coffee, and water. The room also has a renovated balcony with 2 chairs & table, as well as the possibility to dry laundry (D). If otherwise similarly equipped, bookable as a double room/single room (DE) and double room with extra bed (KD).

Double Room Superior

The spacious and modernized room approx. 20m² features a Queensize bed (160x200), a bathroom with shower/WC, as well as the possibility to dry laundry, a flatscreen satellite TV, a mini-fridge, hairdryer, ceiling fan, air conditioning, central heating, safe, Wi-Fi, daily cleaning, toiletries such as soap, shampoo and shower gel, an iron with ironing board, tea, coffee, and water. The room also has a renovated balcony with 2 chairs & table (DSU).

Information on Climate Resilience Levy

For stays from 01.01.2018 onwards, the Greek government is levying a climate resilience fee, which is to be paid by the guest on site, similar to a tourist tax. The amount depends on the type/category of accommodation and, from 01.01.2025, will be tiered from 0.50 Euros to 15 Euros per day and room.
