Location

The traditional Hotel Villa Yannis is located about 1 km from Dassia Beach, a pebble beach, inviting you to sunbathe and dive into the Ionian Sea. The tourist center with shopping and entertainment facilities is about 800 m away. Excursions are also worthwhile to the towns of Ipsos (approx. 1.5 km) or Dassia (approx. 1 km). Supermarkets, bars and restaurants with local delicacies can be reached after approx. 150 m. The accommodation is connected to the airport (CFU, approx. 12 km).

Facilities

The small and comfortable hotel is located in the second row to the beach and has a total of 16 rooms, spread across a main building and an outbuilding. It is equipped with a reception, air conditioning, a safe (for a fee) and a car park (free of charge). Wi-Fi is available to hotel guests free of charge at all times. The outdoor area of the hotel, designed in Mediterranean style, includes a freshwater pool (open from May to September), with sunshades and sun loungers available free of charge. Sunshades and sun loungers are available at the beach for a fee.

Apartment

The apartments, furnished in a traditional style, are equipped with a double bed and a pull-out bed and sofa bed as additional sleeping options. There is also a tiled floor, kitchenette, kettle (free of charge), balcony or terrace, safe (for a fee) and satellite TV with local channels, as well as individually adjustable air conditioning (for a fee) (AP).

Apartment 2 bedrooms

With the same amenities as the apartments, these additionally have 2 separate bedrooms (A22).

Apartment 3 bedrooms

These rooms, with otherwise the same amenities as the apartments, have 3 bedrooms (A3T).

Studio

With otherwise similar amenities to the apartments, the studios have a combined living/sleeping area and no separate bedroom (S12). Optionally bookable as Studio Type A without a balcony (AST).

Suite sea view

The suites are more spacious, have a bathroom with a bathtub and a balcony or terrace with a sea view (S2M).

Sports for a fee

Water sports (partly from local providers) are offered about 800 m from the hotel.

Notice for Climate Resilience Levy

For stays from January 1, 2018, the Greek government is levying a climate resilience fee, which is to be paid by the guest on-site, similar to a tourist tax. The amount depends on the type/category of accommodation and will be staggered from 0.50 Euros to 15 Euros per day and room from January 1, 2025.
