Location

The luxurious resort is located in the Dassia region on the Kommeno peninsula. It is built on a hillside, overlooking Daphnila Bay, and offers direct access to the sand/pebble beach.
The two towns of Dassia and Gouvia, with their tavernas, shopping, and entertainment options, are located approximately 3-4 km away.
The airport is approximately 13 km away.

Facilities

The Grecotel Daphnila Bay consists of a main building and many small bungalow buildings spread across the grounds. The main building houses the lobby with a 24-hour reception, a boutique, and a mini-market. Wi-Fi is included throughout the entire resort.
Culinary needs are taken care of by the buffet restaurant "Antica Cucina," three à-la-carte restaurants, and several bars.
In the extensive, well-maintained garden area, there is a swimming pool with a separate children's pool. Sun loungers and umbrellas are included at the pool and on the beach.

Superior Double Room

The stylishly furnished, cozy rooms are located in the main building and feature a bath or shower/WC, high-quality toiletries, hairdryer, air conditioning/heating, Wi-Fi, satellite TV, safe, minibar (daily refill), coffee/tea station, Nespresso machine (2 capsules per adult per day included), and a balcony with garden view (DSU).
Optionally bookable for single use (DE), with sea view (DMU), or as a "Sky" double room on the top floors with panoramic sea view (DSH).

Large Family Room

Consist of two Superior Double Rooms with a connecting door (2FZ).
Optionally also bookable with sea view (2ZF) or with panoramic sea view (LXN).

"Daphnila" Bungalow

The bungalow rooms are nestled in the well-maintained gardens. They have the same features as the double rooms but are more spacious and feature a balcony or terrace (B12).
Optionally bookable with partial sea view (2BS) or as a "Hideaway" bungalow in a prime location with partial sea view (BSX).

"Daphnila" Family Bungalow

The family bungalows feature a living/bedroom with a double bed and a separate bedroom with two single beds, as well as a balcony or terrace with garden view, with otherwise identical features to the double rooms (FB2).
Optionally bookable with partial sea view (BMG).

"Robinson Crusoe" Family Bungalow

These family bungalows are in a prime location and are significantly more spacious than the "Daphnila" bungalows; the bedroom is separated by a sliding door (BTF).
Optionally also bookable with partial sea view (BMB).

"Paradiso" Family Bungalow

Located in the first row to the beach with the same features as the "Robinson Crusoe" bungalows (BFW).

"Paradiso" Bungalow Suite Sea Side

Consist of a large bedroom and a living area separated by a sliding door. They have the same features as the bungalows, with the addition of bathrobes and slippers. They are located in the middle of the resort, between the main building and the beach with the beach restaurant, facing the sea with garden view (NO2, on request).

Dream Villa

The villa, kept in an Italian style, consists of a living room, two separate bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a kitchenette, as well as a large balcony and private garden area.
In addition to the same features as the bungalows, they also include bathrobes and slippers, as well as a sea view (2MV, on request).
Dogs up to 8 kg are allowed here upon request.

Breakfast from 7:30-10:30 a.m. in the "Antica Cucina" buffet restaurant with local specialties and à-la-carte options.
Lunch from 1:00-3:00 p.m. and dinner from 6:30-9:30 p.m. also in "Antica Cucina" as a rich buffet with Mediterranean influences and a Cretan corner.
For children (up to 12 years), the "Tasty Corner" in the main restaurant is available from 12:30-2:00 p.m., and snacks at "Grecoland" from 11:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. free of charge.
Lunch can also be taken from 12:30-2:30 p.m. at "Asia Oliva" with a view over Daphnila Bay.
In addition, dinner can be taken once per week in each of the following à-la-carte restaurants from 7:00-10:00 p.m. (reservations required):
- Il Gattopardo Bar & Restaurant (Italian grill restaurant, weather-dependent)
- Tavernaki on the beach (traditional Greek meze, weather-dependent)
- Asia Oliva directly on the beach (Asian specialties and fresh sushi, weather-dependent).
Furthermore, guests can dine once per stay at Danilia Village (reservation required, transfer not included).
During meals, water, soft drinks, draft beer, and Greek and international wines are served.
Throughout the day, there are snacks at "Light Fare" by the pool (sandwiches, baguettes, hamburgers, salads), sweet breads, pies, cakes, and pastries at the Patisserie & Chocolaterie, and crêpes and ice cream at the "Crêperie & Galeteria" on the beach.
Late-night snacks from 11:00 p.m.-1:00 a.m. with coffee, pastries, and snacks.
Various national and international alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks are included at the 4 bars and in the wine cellar.
Vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free options are available.
Smart casual dress code is requested in all restaurants and bars.

Destination information - Climate Resilience Fee

For stays from 01/01/2018, the Greek government levies a climate resilience fee, which must be paid by the guest locally, comparable to a tourist tax.
