Location

The Angela Beach Hotel complex is located in the small village of Astrakeri, surrounded by meadows and olive trees, directly on a small, natural sandy/pebble beach. Another section of the beach can be reached in about 150 m, and other beaches are within walking distance. The nearest town, Roda, is approximately 1.5 km away and can be reached easily and conveniently several times a day via the hotel's own free shuttle bus. The well-known town of Acharavi is about 4 km away, and the airport is approximately 43 km away.

The Angela Beach Hotel is a Schauinsland-Reisen original and features 580 rooms and apartments, including 190 Superior, which are spread across the main building and several multi-story annexes. Hotel amenities include a lobby area with a 24-hour reception, rental safes, a lift in the main building, seating areas, a souvenir shop/mini-market, and an air-conditioned cinema. Furthermore, the hotel has 2 buffet restaurants—one near the main building and the second in the Superior apartment area—as well as a rooftop bar perfect for sundowners. The outdoor area offers three freshwater swimming pools with sun terraces and pool bars, a separate children's pool, and a brand-new small water park with 2 slides. Younger guests can also burn off energy at the new, large playground. Sun loungers, umbrellas, and seating are available for parents.
For those seeking peace and quiet, a small garden lounge area has been available since summer 2024, featuring outdoor sofas, Bali beds, hanging chairs, and 2 outdoor whirlpools.
The garden area by the beach was also redesigned in summer 2024: it now features a wooden deck with sun loungers, umbrellas, and panoramic sea views, a relaxation area with hammocks, and a new beach bar with cozy seating. Sun loungers and umbrellas are included at the swimming pools and on the beach directly in front of the hotel. Beach towels are provided to guests for a deposit; a small fee applies for replacements. Wi-Fi is available to all hotel guests throughout the premises free of charge.

The Double Rooms with Sea View are located in the main building, are functionally furnished, and feature a bathroom with shower/WC, hairdryer, telephone, air conditioning, flatscreen satellite TV, and a furnished balcony or terrace (DM/DMI).

Renovated in 2020, these rooms feature a modern design and are located in the annex building facing the sea. Junior Suite Superior

Designed with a modern aesthetic, the Junior Suites Superior are located in one of the annexes. They are more spacious than the double rooms and additionally feature a generously designed and visually separated living area with a sofa bed, bathroom with walk-in shower/WC, hairdryer and toiletries, ceiling fan, air conditioning, flatscreen satellite TV, rental safe, kettle with coffee and tea set (replenished daily), and a furnished balcony with garden view (JU2/LN2).

All Superior Apartments are located on the upper floors of 4 different annexes and are modern and attractively furnished. All hotel guests are offered breakfast from 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM, lunch from 12:30 PM to 2:00 PM, and dinner from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM in buffet style. From 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM as well as from 8:00 PM to 11:00 PM, gyros, fries, and tzatziki are available at the snack bar and one of the pool bars. Ice cream is available from 11:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and coffee, tea, and pastries are served from 4:00 PM to 5:00 PM.
Non-alcoholic drinks such as coffee, tea, cocoa, various soft drinks, juices, soda water, and national alcoholic beverages such as beer, local red and white wine, brandy, and ouzo are available from 10:00 AM to 11:00 PM at the pool bars and the beach bar. Further national drinks such as vodka, rum, and kumquat are served from 1:00 PM to 11:00 PM.
The rooftop bar is open for soft drinks and beer from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM, as well as for all other alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages included in the All Inclusive program from 6:00 PM to 11:00 PM.
Appropriate attire is requested during meals.

Note on climate resilience levy

For stays from January 1, 2018, the Greek government levies a climate resilience fee, which must be paid by the guest on-site, comparable to a tourist tax.
The amount depends on the type/category of the accommodation and, from January 1, 2025, is staggered from €0.50 to €15 per day and room.
