Location

The MarBella is a modern 5-star luxury hotel offering a varied and relaxing holiday for all ages. Its location in Agios Ioannis Peristeron, nestled in lush greenery on Corfu's beautiful southeast coast, provides a fantastic view of the sea. The hotel features two private beach areas, easily accessible via a landscaped garden underpass about 50 m away. The family beach has shallow water, ideal for guests with children, and is located near the non-motorized water sports area; it also features a jetty where guests can be picked up for boat trips. The deck beach offers relaxation and also has safe access to the sea.
The airport and Corfu Old Town are approximately 17 km away. A local bus stop is about 100 m away.

The 362 rooms and suites offer views of the Ionian Sea, the mountains, or the resort's beautifully landscaped gardens. Culinary needs are catered to by the French à la carte restaurant "Celeste," the Asian à la carte restaurant "Kum Kuat," the Mediterranean all-day restaurant "Kuzina," the "Deck Bar & Grill Seafood Restaurant" on the beach, and the main restaurant "La Terrazza" with international buffets. The 6 bars—"Belvedere," "Cascade," "Eleonas" (fully renovated in 2024), "Anemelia" at the water park, "Deck" at the beach, and "M-Bar"—provide a personalized selection of drinks, cocktails, and snacks.
Soak up the sun on the spacious terraces before cooling off in one of the beautiful infinity pools. The Cascade Pool features saltwater, while the main pool with freshwater and a whirlpool invites you to relax. The "Anemelia" aqua park with eight different water slides, an infinity pool with a whirlpool, and a pool/snack bar provides great fun for guests of all ages. Sun loungers, parasols, and beach towels are included at both the pool and the beach.
Public facilities of the three sister hotels—MarBella (CFU100), Nido (CFU230, adults only), and Avali (CFU132)—may be used mutually (age restrictions apply).
Guests can also utilize a total of nine buffet and à la carte restaurants as part of the Dine-Around program (partially for a fee; for details, see meal information).
A free shuttle service is provided between the hotels.

These rooms, renovated in summer 2024, feature a bath or shower/WC, hairdryer, and high-quality toiletries and are equipped with two single beds or one double bed. All double rooms have an LCD satellite TV with music channels, air conditioning, telephone, safe, minibar (stocked upon arrival, refills for a fee), coffee/tea station, fruit and wine upon arrival, and a furnished balcony or terrace. Rooms are located in the main building or annex (D/DA/DI).
Also available as a Super Saver Room (SSZ), with sea view (DM/DMA/DMI), or for single use (DE/DEM).

The rooms, renovated in summer 2024, offer identical basic equipment to the double rooms but are more spacious and feature an additional sofa bed (DSU/DAS/DSI).

The family rooms, renovated in summer 2024, consist of a bedroom with a double bed and a room separated by a sliding door with a sofa bed for 2 people. These modern and stylish rooms feature a double bed or 2 single beds. Compact yet comfortable, the room layout offers everything for a carefree stay, including a Nespresso machine, 43" smart TV, and USB charging ports.

Premium All Inclusive

The exquisite Premium All Inclusive program treats guests from 7 am to 1 am to a wide variety of culinary delights.
At "La Terrazza," an international breakfast buffet is offered from 7-10:30 am, including local Greek products. Lunch from 1-3 pm is served as an international buffet, and dinner from 6:30-9:30 pm is also a sumptuous buffet with special theme nights. Vegan and gluten-free products are available.
By reservation, meals can also be enjoyed at the new Mediterranean all-day restaurant "Kuzina" (breakfast 8-11 am, brunch 11 am-12 pm, lunch buffet 1-3:30 pm, dinner à la carte with buffet options 6:30-10 pm).
Additionally, weather permitting, the "Deck Bar & Grill Seafood Restaurant" opens right on the beach, also offering à la carte dishes.
In all restaurants, mineral water, juices, soft drinks, beer, and various wines are included during lunch and dinner.
From 10 am-6:30 pm, various types of snacks and ice cream are offered at the open bar.
An extensive selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks is available from 10 am-1 am according to the AI menu.

"Travel with a Future" provides guidance for making conscious choices. Our label identifies hotels certified according to internationally recognized standards for sustainable operating practices and actively investing in a more sustainable future. These standards encompass social responsibility, environmental awareness, as well as cultural and economic aspects of sustainable tourism, as established by the Global Sustainable Tourism Council (GSTC).

Note on climate resilience levy

For stays starting from Jan 1, 2018, the Greek government levies a climate resilience fee, to be paid by the guest locally, comparable to a tourist tax.
The amount depends on the type/category of accommodation and has been tiered from €0.50 to €15 per room per day since Jan 1, 2025.
For stays during high season (April 1–October 31):
1-2 star category: 2 euros
3 star category: 5 euros
4 star category: 10 euros
5 star category: 15 euros
For stays during low season (November 1–March 31):
1-2 star category: 0.50 euros
3 star category: 1.50 euros
4 star category: 3 euros
5 star category: 4 euros
