Location

The hotel is located in a quiet area, approximately 300 m from the beach and approx. 500 m from the resort of Agios Georgios. A bus stop is located in front of the hotel.
The distance to the airport is approx. 30 km.

Facilities

The hotel, which was partially renovated in 2025, has 25 rooms spread over 3 floors in the main building with an elevator. Facilities include a lobby with a 24-hour reception and lounge area, a TV corner, a small library, as well as a restaurant (12 pm–10 pm) with a terrace and a bar (11 am–12 am). Wi-Fi is included in public areas and in the rooms.
In the well-maintained outdoor area, there is a freshwater swimming pool (open from 10 am–8 pm), a small children's playground, an outdoor lounge area, and a heated whirlpool. Bali beds, sun loungers, and umbrellas are provided free of charge at the pool; these are available for a fee at the beach. Bath towels are also provided.

Comfort Double Room

Features a queen-size bed, shower/WC, hairdryer, high-quality toiletries, bath towels, slippers, individually controlled air conditioning, safe, 43" smart TV, USB sockets, espresso machine and coffee/tea station, mini-fridge, and a balcony or terrace (2CD).

Premium Double Room

These rooms will be newly built for summer 2027 and, with otherwise the same features as the Comfort double rooms, include a walk-in rain shower (PDZ).

Junior Suite

The Junior suites consist of a combined living/sleeping area with a king-size bed and a sofa bed. They feature a walk-in rain shower/WC, hairdryer, high-quality toiletries, bath towels, slippers, individually controlled air conditioning, safe, 43" smart TV, USB sockets, espresso machine and coffee/tea station, mini-fridge, and a balcony or terrace (JS2).

Honeymoon Junior Suite

These are more spacious than the Junior suites and additionally feature a seating area as well as a small, private, furnished garden with a heated outdoor whirlpool (EJZ).

Rooms with direct pool/sea access present an increased safety risk for small children.
Therefore, for safety reasons, Schauinsland-Reisen requires a minimum age of 6 years for children booking these room types.

Executive Suite

The Executive suites consist of a combined living/sleeping area with two sofa beds and a separate bedroom, and feature a walk-in shower/WC and double vanity, hairdryer, high-quality toiletries, bathrobes and slippers, individually controlled air conditioning, safe, 43" smart TV, espresso machine and coffee/tea station, mini-fridge, as well as a furnished balcony (ES2).

Deluxe Apartment 2 Bedrooms (CFUA63)

The modernly furnished rooms with one bedroom and one living/sleeping area are equipped with a double bed or twin beds and a single bed, tiled floors, individually controlled air conditioning, safe, 43" flatscreen smart TV, espresso machine and kettle, as well as a private whirlpool (A2D).

If half board is booked, dinner is additionally included as a 3-course set menu choice.

Destination information - Climate Resilience Tax

For stays from 01/01/2018 onwards, the Greek government levies a climate resilience tax, which is to be paid by the guest on site, comparable to a tourist tax.
The amount depends on the type/category of the accommodation and is tiered from 0.50 euros to 15 euros per day and room as of 01/01/2025.
For stays in the high season 01/04–31/10:
1–2 star category 2 euros
3 star category 5 euros
4 star category 10 euros
5 star category 15 euros
For stays in the low season 01/11–31/03:
