Location

The hotel is located in a quiet environment, approx. 300 m from the beach and approx. 500 m from the village of Agios Georgios. A bus stop is located in front of the hotel.
The distance to the airport is approx. 30 km.

Amenities

The hotel, which was last partially renovated in 2025, has 25 rooms spread over 3 floors in the main building with an elevator. Facilities include a lobby with a 24-hour reception and lounge area, a TV corner, a small library, and a restaurant (12 pm–10 pm) with a terrace and bar (11 am–12 am). Wi-Fi is included in public areas and in the rooms.
In the well-maintained outdoor area, there is a freshwater swimming pool (open from 10 am–8 pm), a small children's playground, an outdoor lounge area, and a heated whirlpool. Bali beds, sun loungers, and sunshades are available free of charge by the pool; these are available on the beach for a fee. Bath towels are also provided.

Double Room Comfort

Feature a queen-size bed, shower/WC, hairdryer, high-quality toiletries, bath towels, slippers, individually adjustable air conditioning, safe, 43" smart TV, USB sockets, espresso machine and coffee/tea station, mini-fridge, and balcony or terrace (2CD).

Double Room Premium

The rooms will be newly built by summer 2027 and feature the same amenities as the Double Room Comfort, with the addition of a walk-in rainfall shower (PDZ).

Junior Suite

The Junior Suites consist of a combined living/sleeping area with a king-size bed and a sofa bed. They feature a walk-in rainfall shower/WC, hairdryer, high-quality toiletries, bath towels, slippers, individually adjustable air conditioning, safe, 43" smart TV, USB sockets, espresso machine and coffee/tea station, mini-fridge, and balcony or terrace (JS2).

Honeymoon Junior Suite

These are more spacious than the Junior Suites with the same amenities and additionally feature a seating area as well as a small, private, furnished garden with a heated outdoor whirlpool (EJZ).

Rooms with direct pool/sea access present an increased safety risk for young children.
Therefore, for safety reasons, Schauinsland-Reisen requires a minimum age of 6 years for children when booking these room types.

Executive Suite

The Executive Suites consist of a combined living/sleeping area with two sofa beds and a separate bedroom, and feature a walk-in shower/WC and double sinks, hairdryer, high-quality toiletries, bathrobes and slippers, individually adjustable air conditioning, safe, 43" smart TV, espresso machine and coffee/tea station, mini-fridge, and a furnished balcony (ES2).

Deluxe Apartment 2 Bedrooms (CFUA63)

The modernly furnished rooms with one bedroom and one living/sleeping room are equipped with a double bed or twin bed and a single bed, tiled floor, individually adjustable air conditioning, safe, 43" flatscreen smart TV, espresso machine and kettle, as well as a balcony or terrace (A2D).

Climate Resilience Fee

For stays from January 1, 2018, the Greek government charges a climate resilience fee, which must be paid by the guest on-site, similar to a local tourist tax.
The amount depends on the type/category of the accommodation and is tiered from January 1, 2025, from 0.50 Euro to 15 Euro per day and room.
For stays in the high season April 1–October 31:
