The completely renovated complex is located directly on the kilometer-long pebble/sand beach of Acharavi. The center with shopping and entertainment options such as restaurants, tavernas, and bars is about 1 km away. Corfu Town and the airport are approximately 37 km away.

The Corfu Acharavi Hotel (formerly Acharavi Mare), freshly renovated for Summer 2025, offers a total of 160 rooms spread across the main building and several small bungalow buildings. Facilities include a reception area with a 24-hour front desk, free Wi-Fi throughout the hotel complex, a TV room, the main restaurant "Island," the traditional restaurant "Loukoumi" serving Greek specialties, an à la carte restaurant "KOHYLI" (for a fee), and a lobby bar. The outdoor area features a swimming pool with sea views, a sun terrace, comfortable Bali beds, a pool bar, and the "Sunset Lounge" beach bar with fantastic views. Sun loungers and umbrellas are available free of charge for guests at the pool and on the beach. Beach towels are available for a deposit.

The modern double rooms feature a bathroom with a rain shower/WC, hairdryer, air conditioning, LCD TV, Wi-Fi, safe, coffee/tea station, and a welcome amenity, as well as a balcony or terrace with garden view (2DG).
Optionally, they can also be booked for single occupancy (1GD), with a lateral sea view (DMS), or direct sea view (DM).

Rooms with direct pool/sea access pose an increased risk for young children. Therefore, for safety reasons concerning children, Schauinsland-Reisen requires a minimum age of 6 years for bookings of these room types.

Note on climate resilience levy

For stays from 01/01/2018 onwards, the Greek government levies a climate resilience fee, which is to be paid by the guest on site, similar to a city tax. The amount depends on the type/category of accommodation and is staggered from 0.50 Euros to 15 Euros per day and room as of 01/01/2025.
