Location

The cozy hotel complex is located in a quiet area directly on the long, gently sloping sandy/pebble beach. Acharavi with its shopping and entertainment facilities is about 500 m away, Corfu town and the airport are about 36 km away.

The holiday complex has 202 rooms spread across a main building and several outbuildings. The main building houses the reception with safety deposit boxes for rent, a bar with a terrace on the beach, a restaurant, a lounge with a terrace, an à la carte restaurant (for a fee), a satellite TV corner and Wi-Fi (included in the reception and pool area).
In the extensive garden area, a swimming pool with sun terrace, a pool/snackbar, sun loungers and umbrellas are available free of charge (for a fee on the beach).

Double room

Located in the main building or outbuildings with shower or bath/WC, hairdryer, air conditioning (individually adjustable), telephone, satellite TV, refrigerator and balcony or terrace (D).
Also bookable as a budget room (SSZ), for single use (DE), as type A definitely located in the main building (DA) or as a double room with sea view (DM).

Located in the outbuildings and, apart from that, have the same amenities as the double rooms, with a bedroom and kitchenette (S12). Also optionally bookable with breakfast only.

Apartment 2 bedrooms

Are more spacious than the studios with the same location and amenities and have 2 bedrooms (A22).
Optionally also bookable as a Superior Apartment with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a kitchenette in the living area (2AU).

Bookable as a schauinsland-reisen original, these are located in the main building. With the same amenities as the double rooms, our guests also receive the following: Wi-Fi included, safe in the room, coffee/tea station, bath towels, and the refrigerator is replenished every 2 days with 2 bottles of water, 2 beers, and 4 soft drinks. This room also has a large balcony with 2 sun loungers and an umbrella (DD2).

The villa is located directly behind the complex, separated only by the hotel's own road, and is bookable as a schauinsland-reisen original. With the same amenities and additional services as the Superior Apartments, the villa has a living room with satellite TV and kitchenette (including dishwasher) and 2 bedrooms with 2 satellite TVs, sun loungers, and a small barbecue area in the garden (V22).

Deluxe Double Room private sun loungers

Note on Climate Resilience Levy

For stays from 01/01/2018 onwards, the Greek government levies a climate resilience fee, which is to be paid by the guest on site, similar to a tourist tax. The amount depends on the type/category of accommodation and will be tiered from 0.50 Euros to 15 Euros per day and room from 01/01/2025.
