Location

A bathing paradise amidst mountains, dense forests and meadows as well as small rivers. One of the most beautiful sandy/pebble beaches of the Ionian Sea is right on your doorstep. The long beach is ideal for long walks, for example, Lake Antinioti can be reached in the east after approx. 5 km via the beach footpath. The summit of the island's highest mountain "Pantokrator", which can be reached in approx. 17 km, offers a spectacular view. The island capital and the airport are approx. 35 km away.

The extensive holiday complex has a total of 357 rooms, spread across the Country House and the Summerhouses amidst the well-maintained garden. Wi-Fi is included throughout the complex.
The main building houses the inviting reception hall with a reception desk, the main bar and the main restaurant "Piazza Popolare" with a large outdoor terrace. Furthermore, there is the Beach Club Restaurant, the "BOTANICA" FINE DINING with a unique restaurant concept, serving "menu tastings" prepared by masters (for guests aged 12 and over, open depending on weather), the "ASIANA" RESTAURANT with dynamic and classic Asian recipes and fresh sushi selection, the "TAVERNAKI" with Greek specialties, the Italian restaurant "Nonna", and the Grill House, all offering a variety of meals. There is also a Crêperie and a Gelateria with a wide selection of delicacies.
In the garden complex, there are four freshwater swimming pools with sun terraces. Sun loungers and umbrellas, as well as bath towels, are included at the pools and on the beach.
The complex also features a large water park (open depending on weather). In the heart of the park lies the pool complex with giant slides, such as the "Toboggan" (102m), "Double Multi-Run", "Hydro Tube" (98m), "Free Fall", "Kamikaze" and the "Lazy River" (180m).

Double room

The newly designed Botanica double rooms are located in the Country House and have a bathroom with a bath or shower/toilet and hairdryer, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, telephone, 50-55" satellite TV, safe, coffee/tea station and a replenished minibar.
Available on the ground floor with a furnished terrace (DT2), on the upper floors with a furnished balcony (D) or for single occupancy (DE, on request).

Bungalow with veranda

The Botanica bungalows are located in the Summer Houses in the extensive garden and have a shower/toilet with the same amenities as the double rooms.
Available on the ground floor with a furnished veranda (B2A/BI) or on the upper floor with a furnished balcony (B2B).

Studio

With the same amenities and location as the double rooms, the studios are larger, have a shower/toilet and additionally a comfortable seating area (S12).

Family apartment

Ideal for families, these generously proportioned apartments in the Country House, with otherwise the same amenities as the double rooms, have two separate bedrooms and a shower/toilet, as well as ample wardrobe space.
Available on the ground floor with a furnished terrace (APF) or on the upper floors with a furnished balcony (AFB).

Family room with connecting door

These generously proportioned rooms are located in the Summer Houses and, with the same amenities as the family apartments, have an additional bathroom. They also offer access to a sharing pool.
Available on the ground floor with a furnished terrace (FAV) or on the upper floor with a furnished balcony (BV2).

Also located in the Country House (Yucca's Residence), these rooms, with the same amenities as the double rooms, have a living/sleeping area and a separate bedroom, as well as a walk-in shower/toilet.
Available on the ground floor with a furnished terrace (2FS) or on the upper floors with a furnished balcony as a Terrace Family Suite (2FT).

Playroom Suites

The Playroom Suites are also located in the Country House and, with the same amenities as the family apartments, have an additional comfortable living area with a fireplace (FU2, on request).

Family Summer Home Veranda & Garden

These very spacious accommodations are located on the ground floor of the "Summer Houses" and, with the same amenities as the family apartments, have an additional bathroom with a bath or shower/toilet and access to a sharing pool (ZZF).

Family Loft Home

These very spacious accommodations are located on the 1st floor of the "Summer Houses" and, with the same amenities as the family apartments, each have an additional bathroom with a bath or shower/toilet, as well as a balcony and access to a sharing pool (2VF).

In the main restaurant, guests can enjoy a rich and varied buffet for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, with a wide selection of international dishes.
Lunch is also available at the "Nonna" restaurant with grilled snacks, salads, pasta, and pizza.
Dinner can also be enjoyed once a week at the "Nonna" restaurant with Italian cuisine, at the Asian restaurant, at the Greek taverna, and at "Botanica Fine Dining".
Snacks are available at the pool bar during the day. Additionally, the "Patisserie & Chocolaterie" offers sweet treats such as cakes, macarons, and candies, and the Crêperie prepares various filled crêpes.
A late-night snack is offered until 1 AM.
Part of the Lux Me concept is a selection of over 150 international and national wines, which can be tasted in the "Wine Tasting Room".
In addition, enjoy a variety of drinks from 11 AM to 1 AM (at the open bar and during meals).
Vegan, vegetarian, and gluten-free options are available, as well as vegan and organic wines in all restaurants.

Note on Climate Resilience Levy

For stays from 01.01.2018 onwards, the Greek government levies a climate resilience tax, payable by the guest on site, similar to a tourist tax. The amount depends on the type/category of accommodation and will be staggered from 0.50 Euros to 15 Euros per day and room from 01.01.2025.
