Location

The luxurious hotel is in a prime location on the stunning Sani peninsula. The hotel offers a five-star experience for the whole family with exclusive beaches, high-quality spa treatments, and exquisite gastronomy.

Facilities

The hotel features a spacious lobby with reception, elevator, mini-market, jeweler, boutique, main bar, and Wi-Fi (included). There are air-conditioned restaurants "Poseidon" (non-smoking) and "The Veranda" (restaurant for adults and children over 12 years only). In the well-kept garden, you will find a beautiful pool area with a separate children's pool, an infinity pool, as well as a family and splash pool (each heated), the à la carte "Grill by the Pool" restaurant, and the Ammos restaurant directly on the beach. The Bousoulas Beach Bar offers sandwiches, snacks, and cool drinks, open for lunch. Sun loungers, umbrellas, and bath towels are included at the pool and beach.

Double Room

Elegantly and tastefully furnished with a shower/WC, hairdryer, bathrobes, air conditioning, telephone, satellite TV, minibar, tea/coffee maker, Nespresso machine, safe, and balcony with garden view (2GD).

Single Room

These are double rooms for single occupancy (1GD).

The family rooms consist of two double rooms with a connecting door and garden view (DF2). Optionally available with sea view (F2M).

Junior Suite

The junior suites, with the same amenities as the double rooms, are comfortably furnished with a seating area and have a shower or bath/WC, luxury toiletries, hairdryer, satellite TV, minibar, safe, air conditioning, and a balcony or terrace with garden view (J2G).
Available with sea view at an additional charge (J2M).

Junior Suite Panorama Sea View

The luxurious and spacious panorama junior suites all feature a balcony with direct sea view. The large, floor-to-ceiling windows offer a wonderful vista. Amenities include a bathroom with a rain shower or bathtub and WC, exclusive toiletries, hairdryer, bathrobes, air conditioning/heating, telephone, flat-screen satellite TV, DVD/CD player, minibar, safe, tea/coffee maker, and Nespresso machine (JPM).

Family Suite

The family suites, with otherwise identical amenities, feature tiled floors, a separate bedroom, a living room, a bathroom with a bathtub and two sinks with garden view (2F1) and a balcony with sea view (2FM) available.
Optionally available with 2 bedrooms as beachfront type A (ASF) or type B with sea view (B2F) at an additional charge.

Deluxe Family Suite

The One Bedroom Family Suite Deluxe offers 2 televisions and is more spacious with sea view (FDM), with the same amenities as the family suite. Optionally available with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and 3 televisions (22L).

Meals

Half Board/Full Board

Breakfast and dinner are served as a buffet or à la carte with Greek and international specialties. If full board is booked, lunch is served as a buffet or à la carte.
Take advantage of the Dine-Around program! When booking half board/full board, you have the option to enjoy your meals in 12 different restaurants at the Sani Resort, often with menus created by Michelin-starred chefs. In some restaurants, this is only possible for an additional charge.

Sports for a fee

Various and extensive water sports (PADI dive center, windsurfing, catamaran sailing, water skiing, parasailing, canoes, and pedal boats) on the beach. Mountain bike rental, including guided tours, tennis center (8 clay courts, 3 with floodlights, equipment rental and lessons). Chelsea Football Academy.
At the Rafa Nadal Tennis Centre (designed by the legendary Grand Slam tournament winner), tennis programs for all skill levels and age groups are available. The center is open from April to October, daily from 8 AM to 8 PM, and features 8 clay courts as well as an outdoor lounge. All training programs are individually tailored to you, of high quality, and conducted by top coaches certified by the Rafa Nadal Academy. Reservations can be made via the resort's mobile app, at the hotel reception, or through the website.

Children's program

The Kids Club (ages 4-12) offers plenty of fun with great activities. For the little ones (6 months to 4 years), there is a caring nursery.
At the Supper Club (ages 4-11), children eat and play together – the perfect evening program for kids.
Teens between 12 and 17 years old will find the Ozone Teens Club to be the perfect place for cool activities and meeting new friends.

Note on Climate Resilience Levy

For stays from January 1, 2018, onwards, the Greek government imposes a climate resilience levy, which must be paid by the guest locally, similar to a tourist tax. The amount depends on the type/category of accommodation and, starting from January 1, 2025, ranges from 0.50 Euros to 15 Euros per day per room.
