Location

Separated from the long sand/gravel beach only by a small access road, this appealing holiday complex is situated at the foot of a pine-covered hill in a wooded environment. The village of Possidi, with various entertainment options, is about 3 km away.
Distance to Thessaloniki Airport approx. 100 km.

The well-maintained complex has 124 rooms, spread across 8 buildings, some of which are located on the slope and are accessible by a funicular. In the main building, you will find the reception hall with a 24-hour reception and inviting seating areas, a bar, the main restaurant "Myrtia" with terrace, the Greek à la carte restaurant "Magnolia" (for a fee), a TV corner, a mini-market, and a souvenir shop. In the beautiful garden area, the freshwater swimming pool with sun terrace and pool bar invites you to swim and relax. Sun loungers and umbrellas are available free of charge by the pool, and for a fee on the beach with a beach bar. Bath towels are provided for a deposit. Wi-Fi is included in the complex.

Double Room

Located in the main building or in the bungalows and friendly furnished with air conditioning (individually controlled), telephone, satellite TV, safe (for a deposit), Wi-Fi (incl.), mini-fridge, bath or shower/WC, hairdryer, and balcony or terrace with garden view (D).
Also available with sea view (MB2/DIM) or for single use (DE) upon request.
The sea view double rooms are located in the bungalow buildings.

Double Room Superior Sea View

With identical basic amenities, these rooms additionally feature bathrobes and slippers, as well as a balcony or terrace with sea view (DMU).
These rooms are exclusively located in the bungalow buildings.

Family Room

With the same amenities as the double rooms, the family rooms have 2 beds, a sofa bed, and mountain view. They are located in the main building or in the bungalows (DF2).
Also available with sea view in the bungalow buildings upon request (F2M).

Junior Suite Sea View

With identical basic amenities as the double rooms, these are more spacious, renovated, and located in the main building with a balcony or terrace and sea view (J2M).

Snacks as well as coffee and tea are available in the afternoon.
National non-alcoholic drinks as well as beer, wine, and ouzo from 10 AM to midnight. Other alcoholic drinks and cocktails according to the AI menu from 8 PM to midnight, exclusively at the pool bar.
All-inclusive service starts at 2 PM on the day of arrival and ends at 12 PM on the day of departure.
All Inclusive can only be booked for stays from 27.4.-6.7. and 8.9.-2.11.

Note on Climate Resilience Levy

For stays from 01.01.2018, the Greek government levies a climate resilience levy, which is to be paid by the guest locally, similar to a tourist tax. The amount depends on the type/category of accommodation and, from 01.01.2025, ranges from 0.50 Euro to 15 Euro per day and room.
