Location

Separated from the long sandy/pebble beach only by a small access road, this attractive holiday complex is situated at the foot of a pine-covered hill in a wooded area. The village of Possidi, with various entertainment options, is approx. 3km away.
Distance to Thessaloniki Airport approx. 100km.

The well-maintained complex has 124 rooms, spread across 8 buildings, some of which are on a slope and can be reached by a funicular. In the main building, you will find the reception hall with a 24-hour reception and inviting seating areas, a bar, the main restaurant "Myrtia" with a terrace, the Greek à la carte restaurant "Magnolia" (for a fee), a TV corner, minimarket, and souvenir shop. In the beautiful garden area, the freshwater swimming pool with sun terrace and pool bar invites you to swim and relax. Sun loungers and umbrellas are available free of charge by the pool, and for a fee at the beach bar. Bath towels are provided for a deposit. Wi-Fi is included in the complex.

Double room

Located in the main building or in the bungalows and friendly furnished with air conditioning (individually adjustable), telephone, satellite TV, safe (for a fee), Wi-Fi (incl.), mini-fridge, bath or shower/WC, hairdryer, and balcony or terrace with garden view (D).
Optionally available with sea view (MB2/DIM) or for single occupancy (DE).
The sea view double rooms are located in the bungalow buildings.

Double room superior sea view

With identical basic amenities, these rooms feature bathrobes and slippers, as well as a balcony or terrace with sea view (DMU).
These rooms are exclusively located in the bungalow buildings.

Family room

With the same amenities as the double rooms, the family rooms feature 2 beds, a sofa bed, and mountain view. They are located in the main building or in the bungalows (DF2).
Also available with sea view in the bungalow buildings (F2M).

Junior Suite sea view

With identical basic amenities as the double rooms, these suites are more spacious, renovated, and located in the main building with a balcony or terrace and sea view (J2M).

Snacks and coffee/tea are also available in the afternoon.
Local non-alcoholic drinks, as well as beer, wine, and ouzo from 10 am to midnight. Other alcoholic beverages and cocktails as per the AI menu from 8 pm to midnight, exclusively at the pool bar.
All-inclusive service starts at 2 pm on the day of arrival and ends at 12 pm on the day of departure.
All Inclusive can only be booked for stays between April 27 - July 6 and September 8 - November 2.

Information on Climate Resilience Levy

For stays from 01.01.2018 onwards, the Greek government levies a climate resilience contribution, which must be paid by the guest on-site, similar to a tourist tax. The amount depends on the type/category of accommodation and will be tiered from 0.50 Euros to 15 Euros per day and room from 01.01.2025.
