Location

This appealing holiday complex is situated at the foot of a pine-covered hill in a wooded area, separated from the long sandy/pebble beach by just a small access road. The village of Possidi, with its various entertainment options, is approximately 3 km away.
Distance to Thessaloniki Airport is approx. 100 km.

The well-maintained complex features 124 rooms spread across 8 buildings, some of which are situated on the slope and accessible by a funicular. The main building houses the reception hall with a 24-hour reception and inviting seating areas, a bar, the main restaurant "Myrtia" with a terrace, the Greek à la carte restaurant "Magnolia" (for a fee), a TV corner, mini-market, and souvenir shop. In the beautiful garden area, the freshwater swimming pool with a sun terrace and pool bar invites you to swim and relax. Sun loungers and umbrellas are available free of charge by the pool and for a fee at the beach bar. Bath towels are provided for a deposit. Wi-Fi is included throughout the complex.

Double Room

Located in the main building or in the bungalows and cheerfully furnished with individually controlled air conditioning, telephone, satellite TV, safe (for a deposit), Wi-Fi (incl.), mini-fridge, bath or shower/WC, hairdryer, and a balcony or terrace with a garden view (D).
Available also with sea view (MB2/DIM) or for single occupancy (DE).
The sea view double rooms are located in the bungalow buildings.

Double Room Superior Sea View

With identical basic amenities, these rooms additionally feature bathrobes and slippers, as well as a balcony or terrace with a sea view (DMU).
These rooms are exclusively located in the bungalow buildings.

Family Room

With the same amenities as the double rooms, family rooms have 2 beds, a sofa bed, and a mountain view. They are located in the main building or in the bungalows (DF2).
Available also with sea view in the bungalow buildings (F2M).

Junior Suite Sea View

With the same basic amenities as the double rooms, these are more spacious, renovated, and located in the main building with a balcony or terrace and sea view (J2M).

All Inclusive

All Inclusive

Breakfast, lunch, and dinner served buffet-style.
Snacks, coffee, and tea are also available in the afternoon.
Local non-alcoholic beverages, as well as beer, wine, and ouzo, are served from 10 AM to midnight. Other alcoholic beverages and cocktails are available from 8 PM to midnight according to the AI menu, exclusively at the pool bar.
All-inclusive service begins at 2 PM on the day of arrival and ends at 12 PM on the day of departure.
All Inclusive is only bookable for stays between April 27th - July 6th and September 8th - November 2nd.

Note on climate resilience fee

For stays from January 1st, 2018 onwards, the Greek government has introduced a climate resilience fee, which is to be paid by the guest locally, similar to a tourist tax. The amount depends on the type/category of accommodation and, from January 1st, 2025, will be tiered from €0.50 to €15 per day per room.
For stays during high season (April 1st - October 31st):
