The hotel Pefki Deluxe Residences is located approx. 200m from the sand/pebble beach and directly in Pefkohori. The town offers entertainment and shopping facilities. The town center is reachable within a few minutes' walk. Thessaloniki Airport is approx. 95 km from the hotel.

Facilities

The adults only hotel consists of a main building and 2 annex buildings and has 22 rooms on 2 floors, a lobby, a reception (7 am-12 am), TV lounge with flat-screen and satellite TV. Wi-Fi is included in the hotel. The modern garden complex has a pool and a pool bar as well as a sun terrace. Sunshades and sun loungers are included by the pool and for a fee at the beach.

The rooms have a bathroom or shower/WC, hairdryer, air conditioning (individually adjustable), satellite TV, Wi-Fi (included), telephone, safe (included), pool view and balcony or terrace (G2Q). Optionally also bookable for single occupancy (G1Q) or with pool front (M2G).

Deluxe Apartment Pool View

With the same amenities as the Deluxe Studios, but more spacious and high-quality, in a maisonette style over two floors with a double bed on the lower floor and two single beds on the upper floor (HB2). Optionally also bookable with a separate bedroom and on one floor (H2N).

Note on Climate Resilience Levy

For stays from 01/01/2018, the Greek government is levying a climate resilience fee, which must be paid by the guest locally, similar to a tourist tax. The amount depends on the type/category of accommodation and will be tiered from 0.50 Euros to 15 Euros per day and room starting from 01/01/2025.
