Location

The hotel is located on the Kassandra peninsula, in a quiet setting surrounded by pine forests. The sandy beach, one of the most beautiful and well-known on the peninsula, is only about 500 m away and easily accessible via a footpath. The center of Paliouri, a traditional village, is about 2 km away, where there are a few tavernas and shops. A hotel-run minibus service (several times daily, depending on guest volume) is available free of charge to Pefkohori. Thessaloniki airport is approximately 115 km from the hotel.

Facilities

The quiet holiday complex comprises a total of 217 rooms, 106 unrenovated (40 studios and 66 apartments) and 111 new rooms (50 superior, 26 junior suites, 33 family suites, 2 deluxe suites), which are spread across a main building and 16 annexes within a beautifully landscaped garden. The modern, friendly, and spacious hotel offers its guests a reception, TV lounge, internet corner (included), and Wi-Fi (included throughout the entire complex), a mini-market, a main restaurant, and the à la carte restaurants "Peppe" (Italian, 1 p.m.–11 p.m.) and "Happy Grill" (Greek, 12 p.m.–11 p.m.). There is also a "Happy Coffee" brasserie, where juices, smoothies, coffee, snacks, and pastries are available from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. In the garden area, there are two swimming pools and two separate children's pools, as well as the main pool bar "Utopia" (10 a.m.–12:30 a.m.) and the newly renovated "Lemoni" pool bar (10:30 a.m.–11 p.m.), which is situated in a quiet spot under the trees, inviting guests to linger. Sun loungers and umbrellas are included at the pool and available for a fee at the beach (local providers). Bath towels are available for a deposit.

Superior Double Room

The elegant and modern double rooms feature a shower/WC, a king-size bed, individual air conditioning, a safe, a refrigerator, a coffee/tea maker, a smart TV, and a furnished balcony or terrace with a forest or garden view. Flooring: Tiles. (DSU/DSI).
Also available as a superior saver room (2US) or for single use (1US).

1-Bedroom Apartment

The comfortably furnished apartments feature a living room with sofa beds and a separate bedroom, a shower/WC, hairdryer, satellite TV, telephone, refrigerator, air conditioning, safe, and a balcony or terrace (A12/A2I).

Junior suites offer the same amenities as the Superior double rooms and feature an open-plan living area with a sofa (JS2).

Family Apartment

Family apartments are located in the annexes and, with the same amenities as the Superior double rooms, feature a living/bedroom and a separate sleeping area divided by a door (2AF/AFB). These rooms are unrenovated.

Meals

Half Board Plus

Breakfast (7:30 a.m.–10 a.m.) features an American buffet as well as regional products. Dinner (6:30 p.m.–9:30 p.m.; in the low and shoulder seasons 6:30 p.m.–9 p.m.) consists of an extensive buffet with Greek and international cuisine, salad bar, appetizers, soups, main courses, and desserts, including a children's corner and show cooking.
Twice weekly theme dinners such as BBQ, Greek Night, Gala Dinner, etc.
Water, local soft drinks, juices, local draft beer, and wine are included at dinner on a self-service basis.

All Inclusive

All Inclusive

In addition to half board, the All Inclusive package includes lunch in buffet form (1 p.m.–3 p.m.).
Furthermore, at the main pool bar "Utopia" (9 a.m.–11 p.m.) and pool bar "Lemoni" (11 a.m.–11 p.m.), drinks such as water, local soft drinks, juices, coffee specialties, tea, local draft beer and wine, local spirits (Ouzo, Brandy, Whisky, Vodka, Rum, Gin, Tequila, Vermouth, aperitifs, digestifs), and 1 cocktail of the evening (7 p.m.–11 p.m.) are available.
Coffee and tea time at the main pool bar "Utopia" from 4 p.m.–5 p.m. with cookies or cake.
Snacks are available at the main pool bar "Utopia" from 10:30 a.m.–6:30 p.m. with a selection of hot and cold snacks. Ice cream is available from 1 p.m.–3 p.m. and 6:30 p.m.–9 p.m. in the main restaurant (in the low season only 6:30 p.m.–9 p.m.).
After 11 p.m., all drinks are at an additional cost. All imported branded alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks and cocktails are available for an extra charge. All types of espresso coffee are excluded and must be paid for separately. The opening hours of all departments and facilities are guidelines and may change seasonally.
Pool bar "Lemoni" is open seasonally.

Tennis, water sports on the beach, and diving school at the hotel provided by private operators (seasonal). With a booked All Inclusive Plus package, one tennis session per week is included (reservation required).

Note on climate resilience levy

For stays starting from January 1, 2018, the Greek government levies a climate resilience fee, which must be paid by the guest on-site, similar to a tourist tax.
The amount depends on the type/category of the accommodation and is staggered from 0.50 Euro to 15 Euro per day and room, as of Jan 1, 2025.
For stays in the high season April 1–October 31:
