Location

The hotel is situated in a very idyllic location, surrounded by pine trees and directly above the beautiful Elia Nikiti beach, which is approximately 5 km long and accessible via stairs. Nikiti is about 10 km away, and Neo Marmaras is about 8 km away. A public bus stop is approximately 600 m away.

Double Room Executive Sea View

With the same amenities as the Double Superior, these rooms are slightly more spacious and include a bathtub (EXM).

Junior Suite Deluxe Sea View

Same amenities as the Executive Double Room, but more spacious (JDM).

Destination Information

For stays from 01.01.2018 onwards, the Greek government levies a climate resilience fee, which must be paid by the guest on-site, similar to a tourist tax. The amount depends on the type/category of accommodation and will be tiered from €0.50 to €15 per day and room starting from 01.01.2025.
