Location

The modern "Athena Pallas Resort", designed in a village style, is located in a green setting on the central "Sithonia" peninsula. The hotel's own natural, gently sloping sand/pebble beach, which has been awarded the Blue Flag, is separated from the hotel only by the coastal road. The nearest town, "Neos Marmaras", is about 11 kilometres away, and there is a bus stop approx. 200m away. The airport is approximately 99 kilometres away.

The high-quality Athena Pallas Resort, last renovated in 2023, has a total of 150 residential units distributed across 1 main building and 5 annexes. Facilities include a 24-hour reception with multilingual staff, a lobby, and a mini-market. Dining options include the main buffet restaurant "Doxato", the 2 à-la-carte restaurants "Hierion" and "Lemoni" (traditional Greek cuisine), and a total of 3 bars.
In the spacious garden area, there are 2 freshwater pools (the main pool is heated, depending on weather conditions) with separate children's pools, a sun terrace with parasols and sun loungers, as well as 2 pool bars. Sun loungers and parasols are available at the pool free of charge.
The natural beach in front of the hotel is not equipped with sun loungers and parasols in order to preserve the natural character of the coast. Hotel guests have free access to the beach lounge of the sister hotel, Lily Ann Boutique, where sun loungers and parasols are available. A free shuttle transfer between both hotels is also provided.
Wi-Fi is included throughout the hotel complex.

Family suite 2 bedrooms

Located on the ground floor, the family suites consist of 2 separate, fully equipped bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, each with a walk-in shower/WC, with the same basic equipment as the junior suites. Each bedroom has direct access to a private, furnished terrace with a garden view (2F).

Destination information - Climate Resilience Fee

For stays from 1 January 2018, the Greek government has introduced a climate resilience fee, which must be paid by the guest on-site, similar to a tourist tax.
The amount depends on the type/category of accommodation and is staggered from 1 January 2025 between 0.50 Euro and 15 Euro per day and room.
