The hotel is situated in a quiet and idyllic location surrounded by green nature, directly on the beautiful Azapiko bay with its sandy beach. It is approx. 10 km to Neos Marmaras.

Facilities

The holiday complex with 138 rooms consists of a main building and several annexes, which are spread throughout the beautifully landscaped garden. Amenities include a reception area with a front desk and a main restaurant with an outdoor terrace. In the outdoor area, there is a swimming pool with a sun terrace, a pool bar, and a beach bar. Sun loungers and umbrellas are included at the pool and on the beach. Wi-Fi is included throughout the hotel complex.

Superior Double Room

The Superior double rooms are equipped with air conditioning, satellite TV, telephone, mini-fridge, and safe. Modern bathroom with walk-in shower/WC, hairdryer, and toiletries. Furnished balcony or terrace with insect screens (DSU).

Family Room

With the same basic equipment as the double rooms, the family rooms are more spacious and feature an additional sleeping area, which can be separated by an open sliding door (DF2).

Breakfast (7-10:30 a.m.), lunch (12:30-2:30 p.m.), and dinner (6:30-9 p.m.) in buffet form in the main restaurant. In the evenings, various theme nights are held several times a week. During the day, the pool bar offers a selection of snacks, sandwiches, and ice cream for children.
A selection of non-alcoholic and alcoholic beverages such as beer, house wine, cocktails, aperitifs, long drinks, and liqueurs (Ouzo, Brandy, Tequila, Vodka, Rum, Gin, Whiskey, and others) as well as various coffee specialties, soft drinks, and juices are available from 10 a.m. to 11 p.m. at the pool bar, and coffee, soft drinks, and beer are served at the beach bar from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.

The hotel offers an ideal starting point for exploring the nearby beaches by bike via a lightly traveled road.

Note Climate Resilience Fee

For stays from January 1, 2018, the Greek government charges a climate resilience fee, which must be paid by the guest on-site, comparable to a tourist tax.
The amount depends on the type/category of accommodation and is tiered from 0.50 Euro to 15 Euro per day and room starting January 1, 2025.
