The hotel is quietly and idyllically situated amidst green nature, directly on a beautiful Azapiko bay with a sandy beach. Neos Marmaras is approx. 10 km away.

Facilities

The holiday complex with 138 rooms consists of a main building and several outbuildings spread across a beautifully landscaped garden. Facilities include a reception area with a reception desk and a main restaurant with an outdoor terrace. Wi-Fi is included throughout the hotel complex. In the outdoor area, there is a swimming pool with a sun terrace, a pool bar, and a beach bar. Sun loungers and umbrellas are included by the pool and on the beach.

Double Room Superior

The Double Rooms Superior are equipped with air conditioning, satellite TV, Wi-Fi (included), telephone, mini-fridge, and safe. Modern bathroom with walk-in shower/WC, hairdryer, and toiletries. Furnished balcony or terrace with insect screen (DSU).

Family Room

With the same basic amenities as the Double Rooms, the Family Rooms are more spacious and feature an additional sleeping area, which can be separated by an open sliding door (DF2).

The Junior Suites consist of a spacious living/sleeping area, which can be divided by an open sliding door. They feature air conditioning, satellite TV, Wi-Fi (included), telephone, mini-fridge, and safe. Breakfast (7-10:30 AM), lunch (12:30-2:30 PM), and dinner (6:30-9 PM) are served buffet-style in the main restaurant. Several theme nights are held weekly in the evenings. During the day, the pool bar offers a selection of snacks, sandwiches, and ice cream for children.
A selection of non-alcoholic and alcoholic beverages such as beer, house wine, cocktails, aperitifs, long drinks, and liqueurs (Ouzo, Brandy, Tequila, Vodka, Rum, Gin, Whiskey, and others) as well as various coffee specialties, soft drinks, and juices are available from 10 AM to 11 PM at the pool bar, and coffee, soft drinks, and beer are served from 10 AM to 6 PM at the beach bar.

Sports Included

Beach volleyball, tennis, mini-football field, basketball, and a brand new gym for summer 2025.
The beach offers ideal conditions for snorkeling.

Sports for a Fee

Bicycle rental (local provider). The hotel is an ideal starting point for exploring the nearby beaches via a lightly trafficked road by bicycle.

Children's Program

Integrated children's pool, mini club, and playground. Children's menu and high chairs available in the restaurant.
The mini club will be renovated starting summer 2025.

Note on Contribution for Climate Resilience

For stays from 01.01.2018 onwards, the Greek government levies a climate resilience contribution, which is to be paid by the guest on site, similar to a tourist tax. The amount depends on the type/category of accommodation and is tiered from 0.50 Euros to 15 Euros per day and room from 1.1.2025.
