Location

Located in a very beautiful spot on the charming Sithonia peninsula, about 6 km from the lovely town of Neos Marmaras (public bus connection available). This well-known and popular property is situated below the main road and is approximately 30 m away from a long sand/shingle beach (awarded with a Blue Flag; a small side road must be crossed). Thessaloniki Airport is approximately 101 km away.

The sprawling hotel complex consists of several buildings and features a total of 150 rooms. Facilities in the main building include a 24-hour reception, internet corner, "Votsalo" restaurant with terrace, mini-market, satellite TV room, and a bar. In the garden area, there is a swimming pool, a sun terrace, and a pool/snack bar. There is a tavern located at the beach. Sun loungers and parasols are included at the pool and available for a fee at the beach. Wi-Fi is provided free of charge.

Breakfast 7:30 AM–10:00 AM, lunch 12:30 PM–2:00 PM, and dinner 7:00 PM–9:30 PM. All meals are served buffet-style in the main restaurant. Alternatively, guests may choose to have lunch as a set menu in the tavern.
During the day, the pool bar offers various hot and cold coffee specialties and teas such as Frappe, Freddo Espresso, Cappuccino, and ice cream from 11:00 AM to 11:00 PM.
Snacks (hot and cold sandwiches), cake, and pastries from 4:30 PM to 5:30 PM at the pool bar.
Selected non-alcoholic drinks such as branded soft drinks, water, and juices, as well as local alcoholic beverages (beer, ouzo, wine, gin, vodka, rum, Aperol Spritz) and two cocktails of the day from 11:00 AM to 11:00 PM.

Premium AI

Premium All Inclusive is bookable for selected room categories during specific periods in May and October 2027. Destination information

For stays starting from January 1st, 2018, the Greek government levies a Climate Resilience Fee, which the guest must pay locally, similar to a tourist tax.
The amount depends on the type/category of the accommodation and is tiered from 0.50 Euro to 15 Euro per day and room starting from January 1st, 2025.
