Beautifully situated on the charming Sithonia peninsula, approximately 6 km from the pretty town of Neos Marmaras (public bus connection available). This well-known and popular property is located below the main road and is about 30 m from the long sandy/pebbly beach (awarded with a Blue Flag; a small secondary road must be crossed). Thessaloniki Airport is approximately 101 km away.

The spacious hotel complex consists of several buildings and has a total of 150 rooms. Facilities in the main building include a 24-hour reception, internet corner, "Votsalo" restaurant with terrace, mini-market, satellite TV room, and a bar. In the garden, there is a swimming pool, a sun terrace, and a pool/snack bar. There is a tavern at the beach. Sun loungers and umbrellas are included at the pool and available for a fee at the beach. Wi-Fi is available free of charge.

Deluxe Double Room

Modern and spacious rooms equipped with a double bed or 2 single beds, shower/WC, hairdryer, air conditioning, telephone, LCD satellite TV, refrigerator, safe, electric kettle, and balcony or terrace (DD2).

With the same amenities as the double rooms, the Deluxe Family Rooms feature a shower/WC and a balcony or terrace. Children sleep on a sofa bed. Deluxe Family Rooms consist of one room (2DF).

Junior Suite Sea View

Same amenities as the Deluxe Double Rooms, but more spacious and featuring a double bed, a double sofa, balcony, and sea view (J2M).

With the same amenities as the Junior Suite, but additionally featuring a separate bedroom with a queen-size bed, which is separated from the living area with 2 sofa beds by a connecting door (J2D).

Junior Suite Deluxe Private Pool

Same amenities as the Junior Suite Deluxe, plus a private pool (2XX).
Rooms with direct pool/sea access pose a potential risk for small children.
Therefore, for safety reasons, schauinsland-reisen requires a minimum age of 6 years for children when booking these room types.

Breakfast 7:30-10 a.m., lunch 12:30-2 p.m., and dinner 7-9:30 p.m. All meals are served buffet-style in the main restaurant. Guests may optionally choose to have lunch as a set menu in the tavern.
During the day, the pool bar offers various cold and hot coffee specialties and tea such as Frappe, Freddo Espresso, Cappuccino, and ice cream from 11 a.m. to 11 p.m.
Snacks (hot and cold sandwiches), cakes, and pastries from 3 p.m. to 6 p.m. at the pool bar.
Selected non-alcoholic beverages such as brand-name soft drinks, water, and juices, as well as local alcoholic beverages (beer, ouzo, wine, gin, vodka, rum, Aperol Spritz) and two cocktails of the day from 11 a.m. to 11 p.m.

Destination information (Climate Resilience Tax)

For stays starting from Jan 1st, 2018, the Greek government levies a climate resilience tax, which must be paid by the guest on-site, similar to a local tourist tax. The amount depends on the type/category of the accommodation and, as of Jan 1st, 2025, is tiered from 0.50 Euro to 15 Euro per day and per room.
