Location

The hotel is located approximately 6 km from the pretty town of Neos Marmaras and sits above the road, offering views of the bay and the sister hotel, Lagomandra Beach. The sandy-pebble beach (awarded a Blue Flag) is about 150m away and can be easily reached by crossing a pedestrian bridge. A local bus stop is located directly at the hotel. Thessaloniki Airport is approximately 102 km away.

The well-maintained hotel complex consists of a main building and five annexes situated on a small slope, with a total of 120 rooms spread over 2 floors. The main building houses the reception, bar, TV area, restaurant, and a mini-market. The garden area features a freshwater swimming pool and a pool/snack bar. Towels, sun loungers, and umbrellas are available to guests free of charge at the pool and for a fee at the beach. Furthermore, there is a tavern at the beach. Wi-Fi and an internet corner are available (included).

With the same facilities as the Deluxe Double Rooms, these are more spacious with an open sleeping gallery, 2 bathrooms, and partial sea view (2SM).

Breakfast (7:30 AM–10:00 AM), lunch (12:30 PM–2:00 PM), and dinner (7:00 PM–9:30 PM). All meals are offered buffet-style in the main restaurant. Guests may optionally take lunch as a set menu in the tavern. During meals, branded soft drinks in bottles, juices, water, house wine, and beer are provided.
Throughout the day, the pool bar offers various hot and cold coffee specialties and tea, such as Frappe, Freddo Espresso, and Cappuccino, as well as ice cream from 11:00 AM to 11:00 PM.
Snacks (hot and cold sandwiches), cakes, and pastries from 4:30 PM to 5:30 PM at the pool bar.
Selected non-alcoholic beverages such as branded soft drinks, water, and juices, as well as local alcoholic beverages (beer, ouzo, wine, gin, vodka, rum, Aperol Spritz) and two cocktails of the day from 11:00 AM to 11:00 PM.

Premium AI

Premium All Inclusive is bookable for selected room categories during certain periods in May and October 2027. In addition to the regular All-Inclusive offer, sun loungers and parasols at the beach, lunch in the tavern (set menu, 12:30 PM–2:30 PM), as well as drinks and snacks at the beach bar are included all day.

Climate Resilience Tax Information

For stays starting from January 1, 2018, the Greek government levies a climate resilience tax, which must be paid by the guest on-site, similar to a tourist tax.
The amount depends on the type/category of accommodation and has been tiered from January 1, 2025, between 0.50 Euro and 15 Euro per day and room.
For stays in high season (April 1–October 31):
1–2 star category: 2 Euro
3 star category: 5 Euro
4 star category: 10 Euro
5 star category: 15 Euro
For stays in low season (November 1–March 31):
1–2 star category: 0.50 Euro
