The adults-only resort, newly built for Summer 2024, is situated on a hill, surrounded by nature amidst beautiful olive groves. Nestled in nature, you'll enjoy a breathtaking view of the crystal-clear Aegean Sea and Mount Olympus. The towns of Potidea and Sani are approximately a 5-10 minute drive away, and Thessaloniki Airport is about 65 km away.

The resort for guests aged 16 and over features a total of 104 rooms and suites, designed in a modern style with boho elements. It also includes a reception hall with a 24-hour reception, a main restaurant "Mesogaea" (Mediterranean), an à la carte restaurant "Shizen" (Japanese/Peruvian fusion cuisine), and a lobby bar/café "Hebe". In the Mediterranean garden area, there are 2 swimming pools and the pool/snackbar "Zest". Guests can easily order food and drinks directly to their loungers by the pool. Sun loungers and umbrellas are included by the pool. Wi-Fi is available free of charge throughout the hotel and in the rooms.

The generously designed double rooms Deluxe feature a king-size bed, a semi-open bathroom with a rain shower and separate toilet, hairdryer, high-quality toiletries, telephone, air conditioning, ceiling fan, minibar (replenished when booking All Inclusive), safe, Wi-Fi, 55" Smart TV, coffee and tea maker, espresso machine, and a furnished balcony or terrace with a magnificent sea view (DDM/2B).
Also available for single occupancy (DM1).

King Bed Sea View Swim Up

With the same basic amenities as the Deluxe Double Rooms, the Swim-Up rooms offer direct access to the shared pool and sea views (EU2/UMB/2DA).

Loft Suite Sea View

The spacious suites feature a living area and an open-plan bedroom with a king-size bed, located on the 2nd floor and accessible via stairs. Furthermore, the Deluxe Suites have a semi-open bathroom with a rain shower and separate toilet, hairdryer, high-quality toiletries, telephone, air conditioning, ceiling fan, minibar (replenished when booking All Inclusive), safe, Wi-Fi, 2x 55" Smart TVs, coffee and tea making facilities, espresso machine, and a furnished balcony with sea view (SDM).

Signature Suite Private Pool Sea View

The generously designed Signature Suites offer a spacious living room and a separate bedroom with a king-size bed and sofa bed, plus a walk-in closet. Further amenities in the Signature Suites include a semi-open bathroom with a rain shower and separate toilet, hairdryer, high-quality toiletries, telephone, air conditioning, ceiling fan, minibar (replenished when booking All Inclusive), safe, Wi-Fi, 2x 55" Smart TVs, coffee and tea making facilities, and an espresso machine. The expansive terrace with a daybed, sun umbrella, and private seating area offers direct access to the private pool with garden views (2LX).

The main restaurant "Mesogaea" offers a breakfast buffet from 8 AM to 11 AM with a wide selection of dishes.
Lunch (buffet) from 1 PM to 3 PM and dinner (buffet) from 7 PM/8 PM to 10 PM (depending on season) at the main restaurant.
For a fee, guests can also dine at the à la carte restaurants "Shizen" (8 PM-10:30 PM), the new Surf & Turf "Almýra", or "Sýntrófi-Olive Grove Dining".
The "Hebe" bar offers a small snack menu from 12 PM to 8 PM. The "Almyra" bar from 10 AM to 10:30 PM complements the Mediterranean snacks during the day with chilled wines, refreshing cocktails, and drinks. In the evening, it transforms into a cozy restaurant.
All à la carte restaurants are subject to a charge, and reservations are required.
The minibar is refilled upon arrival when booking All Inclusive.
At the various bars, guests receive a selection of high-quality cocktails, non-alcoholic cocktails, various wines, and international and national spirits.
In addition, the bars offer non-alcoholic drinks such as soft drinks, juices, various beers, as well as coffee specialties and tea from 10 AM to 12 AM.

Note on Climate Resilience Levy

For stays from January 1, 2018, the Greek government has introduced a climate resilience levy, which is to be paid by guests locally, similar to a tourist tax. The amount depends on the type/category of accommodation and, from January 1, 2025, ranges from 0.50 Euros to 15 Euros per day and room.
