The high-quality holiday hotel is located directly on the gently sloping sandy/pebble beach. The nearest larger town of Nea Moudania with shopping facilities is approx. 4 km away.
Several times a week there is a shuttle bus (reservation required).
The distance to the airport is approx. 58km.

The popular, sprawling hotel complex has 160 rooms and is designed in an appealing and modern architectural style. Facilities include a reception, lobby, elevator (in one building only), main restaurant with à la carte area, and three bars. Wi-Fi is included throughout the complex. The garden area features two freshwater pools with a separate children's pool. Sun loungers, umbrellas, and bath towels are available free of charge by the pool and on the beach.

These rooms have the same amenities as the double rooms and feature a terrace (SSZ).

Cozy Double Room

The modern and friendly equipped rooms can be booked as schauinsland-reisen original, are located on the ground floor (partially in the semi-basement) and have a Smart TV (43 inches), a Nespresso machine (4 capsules per day, daily refill), turndown service, and a terrace with comfortable lounge furniture, in addition to the same basic amenities as the double rooms (XDD/XAD). Optionally also available as a single room (XDE).
Upon arrival, guests receive a fruit basket and a bottle of wine in their room.

Deluxe Double Room

The renovated and modernly equipped rooms can be booked as schauinsland-reisen original.
They feature a king-size bed, a new bathroom with a walk-in shower/WC, hairdryer, telephone, satellite TV, safe (free of charge), air conditioning (15.5.-15.10.), and a terrace. Furthermore, the rooms have a Nespresso machine (4 capsules per day, daily refill) and turndown service.
As a special service for All-Inclusive guests, the rooms offer a minibar which is refilled daily with 1 bottle of water, 2 soft drinks, 2 types of fruit juices, 2 beers, 1 small bottle of wine, Ouzo, Vodka, and Gin.

Junior Suite

The Junior Suites can be booked as schauinsland-reisen original. With the same amenities as the double rooms, the Junior Suites are more spacious with a king-size bed and consist of a combined living/sleeping area (JS2/JSI/J2A).

Deluxe Junior Suite

The renovated and modernly equipped Deluxe Junior Suites can be booked as schauinsland-reisen original.
They consist of a combined living/sleeping area and feature a king-size bed, a new bathroom with a walk-in shower/WC, hairdryer, telephone, satellite TV, safe (free of charge), air conditioning (15.5.-15.10.), a cozy seating area, and a balcony. Furthermore, the rooms have a Nespresso machine (4 capsules per day, daily refill) and turndown service.

schauinsland Suite

Also friendly and modernly equipped, the spacious schauinsland-reisen suites consist of a combined living/sleeping area and a separate bedroom separated by a door. They feature a bath or shower/WC, hairdryer, telephone, minibar, satellite TV, safe, air conditioning (15.5.-15.10.), and balcony or terrace (2SI).

Family Suite

With the same size and amenities as the schauinsland-reisen suites, the Family Suites can be booked for up to 4 people (2FS).

Breakfast with a wide selection of hot and cold coffee specialties and dinner, each in an extensive buffet format.
Sparkling wine breakfast is served 3 times a week.

Ultra All Inclusive

Breakfast (7:15 AM - 10:30 AM), lunch (12:30 PM - 2:30 PM), and dinner (6:30 PM - 9:00 PM) in a varied buffet format (international and Mediterranean cuisine).
Local and various international alcoholic and non-alcoholic branded drinks, refreshments, hot and cold coffee specialties, tea from 8 AM to 1 AM. Sandwiches from 10:30 AM to 7:00 PM, delicious ice cream from 9:30 AM to 12:00 AM, hot dogs, crepes, and donuts from 3:30 PM to 5:30 PM, afternoon coffee and tea with sweets and pastries from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM. Late "finger food" from 11:00 PM to 12:30 AM. A coffee/tea machine is available in the lobby around the clock. One visit per week to the à la carte restaurant (with prior reservation). Note on Climate Resilience Levy

For stays from 01.01.2018 onwards, the Greek government is levying a climate resilience contribution, which is payable by the guest locally, similar to a tourist tax.
