A shuttle bus runs several times a week (reservation required).

The popular, extensive hotel complex has 160 rooms and is designed in an attractive and modern architectural style. Facilities include a reception, lobby, elevator (in one building only), main restaurant with an à la carte area, and three bars. Wi-Fi is included throughout the complex. The garden area features two freshwater pools with a separate children's pool. Sun loungers, umbrellas, and beach towels are available free of charge by the pool and on the beach.

All rooms are friendly and modernly equipped and feature a bath or shower/WC, hairdryer, telephone, satellite TV, safe (incl.), air conditioning (15.5.-15.10.), coffee/tea maker (replenished daily), minibar (1 bottle of water included on arrival), and balcony or terrace (D/DI/DB). Double rooms with side sea view (DMS) or for single occupancy (DE/DEA) are also available.

Super Saver Room

With the same amenities as the double rooms, these rooms have a terrace (SSZ).

Double Room Cozy

The modernly and friendly furnished rooms are bookable as schauinsland-reisen original. They are located on the ground floor (partially in a semi-basement) and, with the same basic amenities as the double rooms, feature a smart TV (43 inches), a Nespresso machine (4 capsules per day, replenished daily), turndown service, and a terrace with comfortable lounge furniture (XDD/XAD). Double rooms for single occupancy (XDE) are also available.
Upon arrival, guests receive a fruit basket and a bottle of wine in their room.

Double Room Deluxe

The renovated and modernly equipped rooms are bookable as schauinsland-reisen original. They feature a king-size bed, a new bathroom with a walk-in shower/WC, hairdryer, telephone, satellite TV, safe (free of charge), air conditioning (15.5.-15.10.), and a terrace. Furthermore, the rooms have a Nespresso machine (4 capsules per day, replenished daily) and turndown service.
As a special service for All-Inclusive guests, the rooms offer a minibar that is refilled daily with 1 bottle of water, 2 soft drinks, 2 types of fruit juices, 2 beers, 1 small bottle of wine, ouzo, vodka, and gin.
Upon arrival, guests receive a fruit basket and a bottle of wine in their room (DD2).

Junior Suite

The junior suites are bookable as schauinsland-reisen original. With the same amenities as the double rooms, the junior suites are more spacious with a king-size bed and consist of a combined living/sleeping area (JS2/JSI/J2A).

Junior Suite Deluxe

The renovated and modernly equipped Junior Suites Deluxe are bookable as schauinsland-reisen original. They consist of a combined living/sleeping area and feature a king-size bed, a new bathroom with a walk-in shower/WC, hairdryer, telephone, satellite TV, safe (free of charge), air conditioning (15.5.-15.10.), a cozy seating area, and a balcony. Furthermore, the rooms have a Nespresso machine (4 capsules per day, replenished daily) and turndown service.

Suite schauinsland

The spacious schauinsland-reisen suites are also friendly and modernly equipped and consist of a combined living/sleeping area and a separate bedroom separated by a door. They feature a bath or shower/WC, hairdryer, telephone, minibar, satellite TV, safe, air conditioning (15.5.-15.10.), and a balcony or terrace (2SI).

Family Suite

With the same size and amenities as the schauinsland-reisen suites, the family suites can accommodate up to 4 people (2FS).

Half Board

Breakfast with a wide selection of hot and cold coffee specialties, and dinner, both in extensive buffet form.
A sparkling wine breakfast is served 3 times a week.
Upon arrival, hotel guests receive a glass of sparkling wine or a non-alcoholic cocktail as a welcome drink.

All Inclusive

Ultra All Inclusive

Breakfast (7:15 AM - 10:30 AM), lunch (12:30 PM - 2:30 PM), and dinner (6:30 PM - 9:00 PM) in varied buffet form (international and Mediterranean cuisine).
Local and various international alcoholic and non-alcoholic branded drinks, soft drinks, hot and cold coffee specialties, tea from 8 AM to 1 AM. Sandwiches from 10:30 AM to 7:00 PM, delicious ice cream from 9:30 AM to 12:00 AM, hot dogs, crepes, and donuts from 3:30 PM to 5:30 PM, afternoon coffee and tea with sweets and pastries from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM. Late "finger food" from 11:00 PM to 12:30 AM. A coffee/tea machine is available in the lobby around the clock. One à la carte meal per week of stay (with prior reservation). Note for climate resilience contribution

For stays from 01.01.2018 onwards, the Greek government levies a climate resilience contribution, which is to be paid by the guest on site, similar to a tourist tax.
