Location

Ikos Oceania is set amidst a dreamlike natural landscape with a 350-meter-long natural sandy beach, lined with pine, olive, and cypress trees. The spacious resort covers 15 hectares of manicured gardens and offers breathtaking panoramic views of the Aegean Sea and Mount Olympus. Thessaloniki Airport is 54 km away.

Facilities

The modern resort features a main building, four additional residential buildings, an exclusive Deluxe Collection building, and 290 elegantly appointed rooms and suites. Culinary variety is provided by five à-la-carte restaurants and the Mediterranean buffet restaurant, Flavors. A highlight is the innovative Dine-Out program, which gives guests the opportunity to enjoy authentic dishes at a selected restaurant in the nearby town of Nea Moudania. The gastronomic offering is complemented by five stylish bars that invite guests to relax both indoors and in the expansive garden areas. For relaxation and recreation, five heated main pools are available. Sun loungers and parasols are provided free of charge here and on the beach. For extra tranquility, designated areas for guests aged 16 and over are available, including an infinity pool, an adults-only bar, a designated area in the main restaurant, and the entire spa area.

Deluxe Family Suites with Sea View

With otherwise the same amenities as the double rooms, the Panorama Junior Suites are more spacious with an additional sofa corner, floor-to-ceiling windows, and beautiful panoramic sea views (JPM).

The main restaurant "Flavors" offers an extensive breakfast buffet from 7:30-11:00, a lunch buffet from 12:30-14:30, and dinner from 18:30-21:30, also in buffet form with themed evenings. Dinner is also available in the à-la-carte restaurants upon reservation. Additionally, the "Ikos Dine Out Service" offers the option to dine in restaurants outside the hotel; reservation via the hotel is required.
Domestic and international alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks are included at the respective open bars from 09:00-02:00.
The minibar in the rooms is also included and is refilled daily. At the beach, guests can obtain drinks from the beach bar or use the drink/snack service, which serves cocktails and other drinks directly to the sun lounger.

Sports included

Tennis court, squash court, darts, table tennis, beach volleyball, basketball, mini football, aerobics, and introductory diving. Some water sports such as canoes, pedalos, and SUPs can be rented for 20 minutes per day, subject to availability. The surrounding area is ideal for walking and hiking.

Note on climate resilience levy

For stays starting from January 1, 2018, the Greek government levies a climate resilience fee, to be paid by the guest locally, comparable to a tourist tax.
The amount depends on the type/category of the accommodation and is tiered from 0.50 Euro to 15 Euro per day and room as of January 1, 2025.
