Location

Ikos Oceania is nestled amidst a stunning natural setting with a 350-meter long natural sandy beach, lined with pine, olive, and cypress trees. The sprawling resort covers 15 hectares of meticulously maintained gardens, offering breathtaking panoramic views of the Aegean Sea and Mount Olympus. Thessaloniki Airport is 54 km away.

Facilities

The modern resort comprises a main building, four additional residential buildings, and an exclusive Deluxe Collection building, offering 290 elegantly appointed rooms and suites. Culinary variety is provided by five à la carte restaurants and the Mediterranean buffet restaurant Flavors. A special highlight is the innovative Dine-Out program, allowing guests to enjoy authentic local cuisine at selected restaurants in the nearby town of Nea Moudania. Complementing the gastronomic offerings are five stylish bars, inviting relaxation both indoors and in the extensive garden areas. Five heated main pools are available for relaxation and rejuvenation. Sun loungers and umbrellas are provided free of charge here and on the beach. For enhanced tranquility, designated adults-only areas are available for guests aged 16 and over, including an infinity pool, an adults-only bar, a designated area in the main restaurant, and the entire spa area.

Junior Suite Sea View

With otherwise identical amenities to the Double rooms, the Junior Suites are more spacious, featuring an additional seating area and sea view (J2M).

These suites are slightly more spacious than the Junior Suites and offer sea views. Additionally, guests booking a Deluxe Junior Suite can utilize the amenities of the Deluxe Collection Area (JDM, see notes).

Deluxe Family Suite Sea View

These suites are slightly more spacious than the Family Suites and offer sea views. Guests booking a Deluxe Family Suite can also utilize the amenities of the Deluxe Collection Area (see notes, FDM, only bookable upon request).

Panorama Junior Suite Sea View

With otherwise identical amenities to the Double rooms, the Panorama Junior Suites are more spacious, featuring an additional seating area and floor-to-ceiling windows with beautiful panoramic sea views (JPM).

Family Room Sea View

With otherwise identical amenities to the Double rooms, the Family Rooms with sea view consist of two connecting double rooms (F2M).

The main restaurant "Flavors" offers an extensive breakfast buffet from 7:30 AM to 11 AM, a lunch buffet from 12:30 PM to 2:30 PM, and dinner from 6:30 PM to 9:30 PM, also in buffet form with theme nights. Dinner is also available in the à la carte restaurants with prior reservation. Additionally, the "Ikos Dine Out Service" offers the opportunity to dine at restaurants outside the hotel, requiring a reservation through the hotel.
Local and international alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages are included at the respective open bars from 9 AM to 2 AM.
The minibar in the rooms is also included and refilled daily. At the beach, guests can enjoy drinks at the beach bar or utilize the drink and snack service that delivers cocktails and other beverages directly to their sun lounger.

Sports included

Tennis court, squash court, darts, table tennis, beach volleyball, basketball, mini football, aerobics, and introductory diving. Some water sports such as canoes, pedalos, and SUPs can be rented for 20 minutes per day, subject to availability. The surrounding area is ideal for walking and hiking.

Note on Climate Resilience Levy

For stays from 01.01.2018 onwards, the Greek government charges a climate resilience levy, payable by guests on-site, similar to a tourist tax. The amount depends on the type/category of accommodation and is tiered from 0.50 Euros to 15 Euros per day and room from 01.01.2025.
