Location

Quietly located between Metamorfosis and Nikiti, surrounded by shady pine trees, bordered by diverse vegetation. Directly on the gently sloping sandy beach. Nikiti is approx. 3.5 km away, Metamorfosi approx. 2.8 km, Neo Marmaras approx. 25 km. A bus stop is about 50m away.

Facilities

The complex has 98 rooms, spread across a main building and several 2-story buildings, reception, rental safe, Wi-Fi (included), tavern, and mini-market. In the outdoor area, there is a swimming pool with a separate children's pool and sun terrace, a pool/beach bar with an original seating terrace in an old fishing boat with a direct sea view. Sun loungers and umbrellas are available free of charge by the pool and on the beach.

Decorated in a typical local style and equipped with bath/WC, hairdryer, telephone, satellite TV, refrigerator, air conditioning, and balcony or terrace (D).

Double room Superior

With otherwise identical facilities to the double rooms, the Superior rooms are more spacious and additionally have a sofa bed (DSU).

Family room

Are somewhat more spacious than the double rooms with the same facilities (DF2).

Junior Suite Superior

The Junior Suites Superior, with the same facilities as the Double rooms Superior, have a double bed, a sofa bed, and are more spacious (JU2).

Suite

With otherwise identical facilities to the family rooms, it has a separate bedroom and additionally two sofa beds. Furthermore, the rooms have a bathroom with a bathtub and toilet and a shower room/toilet (S2).

Extended continental breakfast buffet, with half board, additionally a dinner buffet. Once a week, themed barbecue evening.

Note on Climate Resilience Levy

For stays from 01.01.2018 onwards, the Greek government is levying a climate resilience tax, which must be paid by the guest on site, similar to a tourist tax. The amount depends on the type/category of accommodation and, from 01.01.2025, will be tiered from 0.50 Euros to 15 Euros per day and room.
