The family-friendly hotel is situated in a quiet location, directly on the sandy/pebble beach. The center of Kriopigi is approx. 1.5 km away. A local bus stop is located on the main road, approx. 50 m away. Thessaloniki Airport is reached after approx. 85 km.

The spacious and tastefully designed hotel complex consists of a main building and family rooms located in the annex buildings. The hotel has a total of 260 rooms, an entrance area with 24-hour reception, a mini-market, as well as a lobby bar, ice cream corner, and the main restaurant "Groove" with a terrace. The "Under The Palm House" lounge area features a bar and various tables for board or card games. There is also a conference room.
In the beautifully landscaped garden, you will find the swimming pool with a sun terrace, the "Oasis Pool Bar," as well as the "Magnolia Mediterranean" restaurant, the Asian/Peruvian restaurant "Fiki Fiki" (for a fee), the brunch restaurant "Ninemia" (for a fee), and a beach bar. Sun loungers and umbrellas are included at the pool and on the beach. Bath towels are available free of charge. Wi-Fi is included throughout the entire complex.

Double Room

The modern-furnished double rooms feature a double bed with bath/WC, bathrobes and slippers, hairdryer, toiletries, refrigerator (replenished daily with a bottle of water), telephone, satellite TV, safe, coffee/tea maker, air conditioning, and a balcony (D/DA).
Also available for single occupancy (DE), as a double room with sea view (DM/DMA), for single occupancy with sea view (DEM), or as a double room with panoramic sea view (2RA).

Double Room Deluxe

With otherwise the same facilities as the double rooms, the Deluxe rooms are more spacious (DD2/D2I). Also available with side sea view (DDS/2I).

Family Suites

The family suites are located in the new annex building and, with the same facilities as the Deluxe rooms, feature a living/sleeping area with 2 sofa beds and a separate bedroom (FSG). Also bookable as a suite with the same facilities (GS2).
Also optionally available with sea view (2FM).

Family Suite Garden Access

The Family Suites with garden access have the same facilities as the family suites, are located on the ground floor, and feature a terrace with direct access to the garden (TFG).

Suite Sea View

Renovated for summer 2025, the suites consist of a living room and a separate bedroom, bathroom with walk-in shower, WC, hairdryer, toiletries, bathrobes and slippers, air conditioning, telephone, 2 satellite TVs, safe, mini-fridge (replenished daily with one bottle of water), coffee/tea maker, and espresso machine. Balcony with sea view (S2M).

Varied breakfast buffet 7:30-11 a.m.
With half board, an additional evening buffet is served from 7:00-9:30 p.m.
For an additional charge, dinner and drinks can also be enjoyed at the à-la-carte restaurant.
In the beautiful and quiet ambiance of the à-la-carte "Magnolia Mediterranean Restaurant" (a few minutes from the beach), authentic local cuisine is a delicious specialty. All menus have been methodically designed, with a focus on taste and the best food quality by Chef Dimitrios Makriniotis.
When booking full board, lunch is additionally included in the à-la-carte restaurant Magnolia Mediterranean.
Appropriate attire is requested (no swimwear).

Note on Climate Resilience Levy

For stays starting from 1/1/2018, the Greek government has introduced a climate resilience levy, to be paid by the guest locally, comparable to a tourist tax. The amount depends on the type/category of the accommodation and has been tiered since 1/1/2025, ranging from €0.50 to €15 per day per room.
