This modern comfort hotel is located directly on the long sandy/pebble beach. Kalithea, with its many entertainment and shopping opportunities, is about 2 km away. The distance to Thessaloniki Airport is approx. 80 km.

Your holiday hotel has two areas connected by an underpass (coastal road). It offers a total of 255 rooms of various categories, spread across the main building and several bungalow buildings. Among the numerous facilities are an elegant reception area, Wi-Fi in the lobby and rooms (included), a jeweler, a mini-market, several buffet/main restaurants with terrace areas, an à la carte restaurant, two lobby bars, three pool bars, and the beach bar "Thalassa". The spacious and well-maintained garden area features several pool landscapes with children's areas. Sun loungers and umbrellas are included by the pool, and available for a fee at the beach. Beach towels are available free of charge.

Accommodation

Double room pool side

The Double Rooms Pool Side are equipped with a bath/WC, hairdryer, cosmetic mirror, individually adjustable air conditioning, safe, flat-screen TV, refrigerator, Wi-Fi (included), telephone, bathrobes, exclusive toiletries, and a coffee/tea maker. The rooms also have a balcony with a pool view and are located in the upper part of the hotel (PD/APD bookable under SKG408). Also available for single use (PDE).
For an additional charge, rooms with sea view are also available, located in the lower part of the hotel (DM/DMI/DMA bookable under SKG408).

Super Saver Room

These are double rooms, but with a limited quota and are located in the upper part of the main building with a street view (SSZ).

Junior Suite

With otherwise identical amenities to the double rooms, the Junior Suites are more spacious, located in the upper part of the hotel with a nice small living area, a separate bedroom with a connecting door, an additional bathroom/WC, and a pool view (J2P/JPI).
Additionally, for an extra charge, rooms with a sea view in the lower part of the hotel are also available (J2M).

Deluxe Double Room Sea View

Located in the bungalow buildings in the lower part of the hotel, these rooms have the same amenities as the Double Rooms Pool Side and feature a sea view. The Deluxe Double Rooms were renovated for Summer 2025 (DDM).

Note on climate resilience contribution

For stays from 01.01.2018, the Greek government charges a climate resilience contribution, which is to be paid by the guest on-site, similar to a tourist tax. The amount depends on the type/category of accommodation and will be tiered from 0.50 Euro to 15 Euro per day and room from 1.1.2025.
