Location

The hotel complex, newly built for summer 2024, is located in the picturesque town of Hanioti, just about 550 m from the nearest beach. The town center with numerous entertainment options is only approx. 300 m away, and the airport is approx. 91 km away.

Facilities

Designed for the highest possible quality and the best comfort, the new boutique hotel "Luuks Luxury Accommodation" opens with a modern, elegant design. With a total of only 23 state-of-the-art rooms and a lobby with reception (7 am - 11 pm), this small complex is the ideal accommodation for all guests with discerning tastes. The new garden area offers a spacious swimming pool with free sun loungers and umbrellas, as well as a pool bar serving a variety of snacks and drinks during the day. Bath towels are provided free of charge to all guests, and Wi-Fi is included throughout the hotel complex.

Double Room Deluxe

Each of the new double rooms features a king-size bed, a bathroom with shower/toilet, hairdryer and toiletries, telephone, satellite TV, individually adjustable air conditioning, wake-up service, wardrobe, safe, Wi-Fi, and a furnished balcony or terrace (DD2). Also available as a Super Saver Deluxe Room (X2J) or for single occupancy (DD1).

Double Room Deluxe with Pool View

With identical amenities, these rooms feature a furnished balcony or terrace with a pool view (DPB). Also available as a Double Room Deluxe Pool Front on the ground floor (2UQ).

Double Room Deluxe Superior

The brand-new Double Rooms Deluxe Superior in a modern and contemporary design feature a double bed and a pull-out bed for the 3rd person, a bathroom with shower/toilet, hairdryer and hygiene products, flat-screen satellite TV, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, mini-fridge (empty), and a furnished balcony or terrace (SDX).

Apartment Deluxe

With identical basic amenities, the Apartment Deluxe is spread over 2 levels and features a bedroom with a double bed upstairs and a sleeping area with 2 single beds downstairs (2 bathrooms) (AL).

Note for climate resilience fee

For stays from 01.01.2018, the Greek government levies a climate resilience fee, which must be paid by the guest on site, similar to a tourist tax. The amount depends on the type/category of accommodation and will be tiered from 0.50 Euros to 15 Euros per day and room starting from 01.01.2025.
