Location

The hotel complex, newly built for the 2024 summer season, is located in the picturesque town of Hanioti and is only about 550 m from the nearest beach.
The town center with numerous entertainment options is only approx. 300 m away, and the airport is about 91 km away.

Facilities

Designed for the highest possible quality and best comfort, the new boutique hotel "Luuks Luxury Accommodation" features a modern, elegant design.
With a total of only 23 state-of-the-art rooms and a lobby with reception (7:00 am - 11:00 pm), this small complex is the ideal accommodation for all guests with sophisticated standards.
The new garden area offers a spacious swimming pool with complimentary sun loungers and parasols as well as a pool bar, where a wide variety of snacks and drinks are offered during the day. Pool towels are provided to all guests free of charge and Wi-Fi is included throughout the hotel complex.

Deluxe Double Room

Each of the new double rooms features a king-size bed, a bathroom with shower/WC, hairdryer and toiletries, telephone, satellite TV, individually adjustable air conditioning, wake-up service, wardrobe, safe, and a furnished balcony or terrace (DD2).
Optionally bookable as a Super Saver Deluxe Room (X2J), for single use (DD1), or as a Super Saver Room for single use (XD1, from summer 2027).

Deluxe Double Room Pool View

With identical amenities, these rooms feature a furnished balcony or terrace with pool view (DPB).
Optionally bookable as a Deluxe Double Room Pool Front on the ground floor (2UQ).

Deluxe Superior Double Room

The brand new Deluxe Superior Double Rooms in a modern and contemporary design feature a double bed as well as a folding bed for the 3rd person, a bathroom with shower/WC, hairdryer and hygiene products, flat-screen satellite TV, air conditioning, mini-fridge (empty), and a furnished balcony or terrace (SDX).

Deluxe Apartment

With identical basic amenities, the Deluxe Apartments are spread over 2 levels and feature a bedroom with a double bed on the upper level and a sleeping area with 2 single beds on the lower level (2 bathrooms) (AL).

Note regarding climate resilience fee

For stays from January 1, 2018, the Greek government levies a climate resilience fee, which must be paid by the guest on site, comparable to a tourist tax.
The amount depends on the type/category of accommodation and is scaled from 0.50 Euros to 15 Euros per day and room starting January 1, 2025.
For stays in high season (April 1 to October 31):
1-2 Stars: 2 Euros
3 Stars: 5 Euros
4 Stars: 10 Euros
5 Stars: 15 Euros
For stays in low season (November 1 to March 31):
1-2 Stars: 0.50 Euros
