Location

The Werrapark Resort Sommerberg is located about 5 km from the center. The nearest attraction (Haus der Natur Goldisthal) is about 15 km away. Another worthwhile attraction (Freilichtmuseum Kloster Vessra) is about 28 km away. In approximately 15 km, the picturesque mountain lake Ratscher awaits all water lovers. You can also cool off on hot summer days at the public outdoor pool Terrassebad Schönbrunn, about 10 km away. The accommodation is the ideal starting point for hikes in the summer. The Rennsteigregion hiking area is located directly at the property. The Thuringian Mountain Railway Oberweißbach can be reached in about 28.5 km.

Facilities

In addition to a total of 86 residential units, the Werrapark Resort Sommerberg (ERFA03) offers a welcoming lobby with seating and a reception. Enjoy culinary delights in the restaurant. You can round off an eventful day of vacation in good company at the hotel bar. Cyclists can use the hotel's lockable bicycle storage room. Smoking is only permitted in designated areas.
In addition to the resort, the hotel offers a complex consisting of holiday homes (ERFA05). The 24 holiday homes in Finnish log cabin style offer guests not only rural charm but also plenty of space and a relaxed atmosphere. The houses are located on a sunny mountainside in the Fehrenbach district.
