Meals begin with dinner on the day of arrival and end with breakfast on the day of departure.
Rich breakfast buffet daily with Thuringian specialties, lunch snacks from 12-1 PM consisting of sandwiches or soup or salad, coffee, tea, and pastries from 3-4 PM, evening 3-course menu or buffet (partially with herbs from our own garden). Non-alcoholic drinks available as self-service from 10 AM to 5 PM, 1 drink included with lunch or dinner daily, 1 schnapps tasting with local herbal specialties per person per stay.
