Location

The ARBOREA Marina Resort Neustadt impresses with its unique location directly at the largest private marina on the Baltic Sea, the ancora Marina. From here, you can enjoy a wonderful view of the expanse of the Baltic Sea, the lively activity in the harbor, or the idyllic salt marshes of the adjacent nature reserve. The quiet and natural environment combines maritime flair with modern comfort, creating a relaxed atmosphere. The center of Neustadt in Holstein is only about 3 kilometers away, and the nearest shopping facilities can be found just 2 kilometers away.
For varied excursions, the surrounding area offers numerous highlights: The nearby Hansa-Park (approx. 4.5 km) and the Ostsee-Therme (approx. 12 km) are the perfect destinations for families and anyone who wants to ideally combine relaxation and leisure fun.

At the ARBOREA Marina Resort Neustadt, a modern and at the same time relaxed atmosphere awaits you right by the water. The reception will give you a warm welcome. You can relax in the stylish indoor pool with an infinity view of the Baltic Sea. A spacious terrace invites you to linger and enjoy the surroundings. Your relaxation is taken care of by the in-house wellness area "SPAradies" with three saunas, a children's pool, fitness rooms, and the infinity pool – the perfect place to recharge your batteries. You will be spoiled culinarily in two restaurants: an à la carte restaurant as well as another restaurant offer a variety of dishes, complemented by a cozy hotel bar for relaxed evenings.
The resort also has plenty to offer for sports enthusiasts: Try stand-up paddleboarding (SUP), rent a bicycle or e-bike, take part in sports classes, or explore the coast on a boat trip with the water taxi.

The rooms have high-speed Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and offer a view of the marina. Available with a balcony or a terrace (on request).
