Location

The IFA Fehmarn Hotel & Ferien-Centrum is located just about 3 km from the center, offering the perfect starting point for relaxing holidays with the whole family. Shops are just about 150 m away, ensuring daily needs are quickly met. Thanks to its direct location on the sea, guests can spend relaxing hours on the beach or actively explore the surroundings in any season. A trip to the charming town of Burg (approx. 3 km) is particularly worthwhile – here, small cafés, shops, and attractions await to delight young and old. Family-friendly leisure activities such as cycling paths, playgrounds, and excursion destinations on the island are also quickly accessible.

The holiday complex with a total of 422 units consists of 3 high-rise buildings ("Fernblickhäuser"), the "Vitamar" building, and several 3- to 5-story buildings by the marina (up to 900 m from reception).
The reception is located in the central high-rise building. The three high-rise buildings are connected by the 3000 m² winter garden "Vitarium", which houses two restaurants, a café, a hotel bar with a lounge area, a beach bar and a bistro, a boutique, a newsstand, and a souvenir shop. In the adjacent shopping arcade, you will find a hairdresser, a bakery, and a bike rental. A supermarket is located about 100 m away. The "Vitamar" building houses a swimming pool and a sauna (these facilities can only be used by "Vitamar" guests [free of charge]).

Double Room Comfort

The spacious and modernly furnished Double Rooms Comfort (DK2, approx. 31-40 m²) are located in the high-rise buildings and are equipped with a double bed or two single beds. They feature a bathroom or shower/WC, hairdryer, flat-screen satellite TV, telephone, a cozy seating area, an equipped kitchenette with a kettle, coffee machine, and toaster, crockery and cutlery, as well as a balcony with a sea view.
Double rooms are also available for single occupancy (DKE).

Studio Type A

The Studios Type A (AST, approx. 31-40 m²) are located in the high-rise buildings and feature a combined living/sleeping area with a double bed or two single beds, a pull-out sofa as a sleeping option for the 3rd/4th person, a seating area, flat-screen satellite TV, telephone, a kitchenette with a dining area, coffee machine, kettle, and toaster, shower or bath/WC, hairdryer, and a balcony with a sea view.

Apartment 1 Bedroom

The Apartments (A1T, approx. 41-48 m²) are located in the high-rise buildings and feature a combined living/sleeping area with a pull-out sofa as a sleeping option for the 3rd/4th person, a seating area with a flat-screen satellite TV, a kitchenette with a dining area, coffee machine, kettle, and toaster, a separate bedroom with a double bed or two single beds, a bath/WC, hairdryer, and a balcony with a sea view.

Included: The "FeMare" water world is located in the immediate vicinity on 4,500 m². Each hotel guest receives 2 hours of free admission per day during regular opening hours. In case of full capacity, the operator may deny access or postpone it.

Note: The "Fehmare" water world is closed every year in January/February for maintenance work. Guests can use the swimming pool and sauna in the Vitamar.
