Location

The IFA Schöneck Hotel & Ferienpark resort is located at an altitude of 800m on the mountain "Hohe Reuth" with a magnificent panoramic view. The town center is about 1.5 km away. Well-marked cycling and hiking trails lead directly from the IFA Ferienpark through the charming Vogtland region. With its approximately 120 km network of hiking trails and a 130 km long bike network, two different routes for downhill and freeride riders, a bike park, and the Schöneck bike world, the Schöneck forest area has long been well-known among cycling and hiking enthusiasts. Enjoy the beautiful landscape in and around Schöneck on a bike tour or hike, as well as the numerous excursion possibilities in the surrounding area.

The family-friendly holiday park with a total of 103 hotel rooms and 216 apartments offers its guests a lobby with reception, elevator, panorama restaurant, conservatory (open daily), "IFA Berghütten" with panoramic views, fish spa, as well as a shopping arcade with a hotel shop and jewelry store. Double Room Comfort

The double rooms of type Comfort (DKO, approx. 21 m²) are equipped with a double bed and feature satellite TV, telephone, desk, and shower/toilet, hairdryer. The rooms can also be booked as single+child rooms (DKK) or for single use (DKE). The Comfort hotel rooms are located in House A on the 1st and 2nd floors.

Family Room

The family rooms (DF2, approx. 27 m²) are slightly larger than the double rooms with otherwise identical features and additionally have a sofa bed and a balcony. The family rooms are located in House C, on the 1st to 5th floors, with a view towards the forest. Elevator available.

Apartment Type A

The apartments of type A (AA2, approx. 33m²) are equipped with satellite TV, kitchenette (refrigerator, coffee maker, kettle, dishes and cutlery), shower/toilet. The apartments have a separate bedroom with a double bed. In the living room, there is a sofa bed providing sleeping accommodation. Optionally available with valley view (AB2).

1 Room Apartment

The 1 room apartments (A12, approx. 19m²) consist of one room equipped with a kitchenette (refrigerator, coffee maker, kettle, dishes and cutlery), a double bed, and a shower/toilet.

Apartment Type C

The apartments of type C (AC2, approx. 31m²) are similar in features to the 1 room apartments but larger. Optionally available with valley view (AD2).

Sports included

Beach volleyball court, multi-purpose facility. *** The entrance to the "Aqua World" adventure world with wave pool, giant slides, wild water slide, and children's pool is included for hotel guests in a double room and family room once per person/night for 2 hours.

Sports for a fee

Water gymnastics in the "Aqua World" adventure world (Saturdays), indoor tennis court, outdoor tennis courts, play center with air hockey, billiards, darts, as well as an adjacent climbing and zip line forest and the Schöneck bike world. A bicycle rental is located on the grounds of the IFA Ferienpark.

Children's playroom for children aged 3 and over (daily, during specific opening hours) with a crawling room (0-2 years), playground, and children's play world in the leisure area. Baby pool in the "Aqua World" adventure pool. High chairs and various baby items are available free of charge upon request (advance booking required). Baby cots available on request (for a fee of €15/stay, payable locally).

For a fee: Tropical adventure pool "Aqua World" with wave pool, giant slide, wild water slide, baby pool, heated outdoor pool (seasonal), sauna area with steam bath, various Finnish saunas, eucalyptus sauna, infrared cabin, relaxation room, and solarium, as well as a wellness oasis with various massages and beauty treatments. Entertainment

Skiing: Skiwelt Schöneck" with 3 alpine ski slopes with a 4-seater chairlift (820 m length) and drag lifts directly at the holiday park, slopes of various difficulty levels promise skiing fun (artificial snow possible), magic carpet. Cross-country ski trails up to 36 km - access 300 m away; ski and snowboard school; ski rental. Downhill and cycling: Bikewelt Schöneck" - the town of Schöneck offers various routes on the well-maintained 130 km bike network. Whether easy routes that you can manage with children or routes for demanding hobby riders - there is something for everyone. Hiking/Nordic Walking: 20 km of hiking trails, marked with the internationally standard line marking, lead you into the wooded surroundings of the town of Schöneck. With almost 50 kilometers of designated Nordic walking trails, sporty guests have diverse options in and around Schöneck. Family hiking trails "Eckis Naturlehrpfad" and "Mossmännleins Spuren".
