Location

Experience a special holiday in the popular holiday region of North Rhine-Westphalia. In the heart of Winterberg, in a fantastic panoramic location at an altitude of about 645 meters, the Hotel Liebesglück welcomes you – the perfect place for relaxing days for two. Cafés, restaurants, and numerous shops are just around 50 meters away. The surroundings offer numerous excursion destinations and leisure activities. Discover highlights such as the Erlebnisberg Kappe (approx. 2 km), the swimming lake (approx. 5 km), the indoor pool (approx. 300 m), the Naturbad Hallenberg (approx. 12 km), or the Fort Fun amusement park (approx. 20 km). Look forward to extensive hikes and varied bike tours through the impressive landscape of your holiday region. A free hiking bus will comfortably take you to the directly adjacent Rothaargebirge hiking area, which impresses with an approximately 1,200-kilometer network of hiking trails and the popular Philosophenweg. The corresponding bus stop is quickly and easily accessible.
Cyclists will also get their money's worth here: thanks to its ideal location, Winterberg is perfect for extended tours. The Bikearena cycle path, which runs directly past the hotel, and an extensive network of cycle paths totaling about 1,200 kilometers offer the best conditions for sporting activities and enjoying nature.

Facilities

The comfortable Hotel Liebesglück-Genießen zu Zweit, partially renovated in 2020 and boasting 4 stars, offers you, in addition to a total of 23 accommodation units, an inviting reception hall with seating, a reception desk, a lounge, a terrace, a garden, and a fireplace lounge. For your culinary well-being, the à la carte restaurant "Steakhaus Ochsenwirt", the restaurant "Astenblick", and the public bar "Irish Pub Black Water" are at your disposal. Cyclists can use the hotel's own, lockable bicycle storage room. Smoking is only permitted in designated areas.
Note: Both restaurants are closed from April 1st to November 27th.
