Location

The AHORN Hotel is located in Braunlage, in the heart of the Harz nature and leisure region, directly at the foot of the Wurmberg mountain. For nature and hiking enthusiasts as well as families, the location offers numerous opportunities and experiences, such as the AlpakHARZ (approx. 1.7 km), the Wurmberg cable car, and the mountain adventure world (approx. 450m). The nearest hiking trail begins right at the hotel, and the train stations in Bad Harzburg and Wernigerode are each approximately 24 km away.

Amenities

With nearly 300 rooms, the hotel is a comfortable accommodation with comprehensive amenities. These include a welcoming lobby, a reception, a restaurant, as well as an à la carte restaurant. After an eventful day, guests can relax with a drink at the lobby bar or on the lobby bar terrace. Those looking to unwind will find an indoor pool, a seasonal outdoor pool, a fitness room, and a sauna. Free Wi-Fi is available to guests at all times. For our younger guests, there is a fun program in the YOKI AHORN Children's World.

Double room connecting

The rooms consist of 2 double rooms located next to each other or opposite (no connecting door). The first room has a double bed, and the second room has a double bed and an extra bed. Each room also features a desk, shower or bathtub/WC, and a balcony or terrace. The average room size is approx. 28 m². Note: Children under 2 years are not permitted to stay in a separate room without a parent (CI2).
