The IFA Rügen Hotel & Ferienpark resort is located directly on the pedestrian beach promenade of Binz, Rügen's most traditional seaside resort. The sandy beach is just a few steps away across the car-free promenade. The town center is about 1 km away.

The family-friendly IFA Rügen Hotel & Ferienpark, renovated in 2025, offers 546 double rooms and apartments spread across 3 buildings: "Ostseeblick", "Ostseeperle", and "Strandidyll". Each building has 2 elevators. The heart of the complex is the "Vitarium", Rügen's largest winter garden spanning 3,000 m² with real palm trees, a stream, the "Marché" restaurant, the "PLAZA Bar", the plaza itself, and the rustic "Wellenbrecher" pub. Other facilities include the promenade restaurant "Seestern", the "Cocktail Bar", the buffet restaurants "Rügen" and "Gryf & Vital", as well as a play area (for a fee).

The double rooms (DKO, approx. 24-29 m²) feature a shower/WC, hairdryer, satellite TV, direct dial telephone, Wi-Fi, and a balcony. Rooms are also available for single occupancy (DKE).

Apartment

The apartments (AP, approx. 24-29 m²) are equipped with satellite TV, a kitchenette (refrigerator, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, and ceramic hob), shower/WC, and a balcony. They offer a double bed and a sofa bed as sleeping arrangements.
Note: The apartments can only be booked without meals.

Apartment with 1 Bedroom

The apartments with 1 bedroom (A1T) have similar amenities to the standard apartments but are larger at approximately 39m² and feature a separate bedroom.

Arrival by car

Take the B96 from Stralsund to Bergen, then continue on the B196 towards Prora and Binz. After Prora, take the first left turn over the railway tracks and then immediately turn right again. Drive past the "Dünenpark" apartment complex. After a right curve, the second entrance on the left leads to the reception of the IFA Rügen Hotel & Ferienpark. We recommend entering Dollahner Str. 33 into your navigation system.
