In addition to the total of 128 residential units, the Mariandl am Meer accommodation offers a welcoming lobby with seating and a fireplace, as well as a reception. Enjoy culinary delights in the restaurant (currently open Thursdays to Sundays from 6 PM to 9 PM and daily during breakfast hours). A terrace is also available for relaxation. Cyclists can use the on-site, lockable bicycle storage room. Smoking is only permitted in designated areas.

The spacious "SonnenStüberl" type apartments (2CH, approx. 70 sqm) consist of a living/dining area with a fully equipped kitchen including a combi oven with microwave, hob, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, and Nespresso capsule machine, flat-screen TV and Wi-Fi, two separate bedrooms (one with a double bed and one with bunk beds), a bathroom with a walk-in rain shower, hairdryer and cosmetic mirror, and a separate toilet, as well as a French balcony (panorama window without access, land-facing).

Apartment SeeAlm S

The "SeeAlm S" type apartments (AP, approx. 35 sqm) consist of a combined living/sleeping area with a double bed, flat-screen TV, Wi-Fi, seating area, and a fully equipped kitchenette integrated into the room with a combi oven with microwave, hob, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, and Nespresso capsule machine, a bathroom with walk-in shower/WC, hairdryer and cosmetic mirror, and a balcony facing the sea.

Note: Initial set of towels and bed linen, energy costs for water, electricity, and heating, as well as final cleaning are included in the price for hotel code RLGA02. For hotel code RLG125, final cleaning is mandatory and payable locally (approx. €85 per apartment/stay).

Apartment SeeAlm M

The "SeeAlm M" type apartments (A1T, approx. 50 sqm) have a separate bedroom and a balcony or terrace, with otherwise identical amenities to the "SeeAlm S" type apartments.
